West Coast Heating & AC Repair technician was great very informative and knowledgeable! Was looking for a company that I could use to service my ac unit and if I ever have a problem could call with confidence they would do a good job! They did just that.

I have to say, I have one technician that I use all the time. I use only him. I have a service plan. A 3 year service plan. He was knowledgeable, a placement, explained what he was doing and check parameters for spliced wires, Blah, Blah, Blah Blah, Blah. I use the same tech all the time, I know him so I don't think he could have done anything better. They are maybe just a little pricier than others. The only reason I haven't used them this year is I no longer have that home.

The technician arrived on time. After a brief tour of where HVAC components were located, he went to work. The technician kept us informed on his progress and any problems he had encountered. Overall, it was a very positive interaction.

Very pleased again with West Coast Heating & AC Repair. The sales rep I dealt with was excellent with keeping open communications from the start to the end of the fitoff. Haven’t used it yet but it appears to be good and well fitted.

If you are looking for a reliable & competent AC company, then look no further. The response time and advice given was accurate. Rarely do you also experience a 5 star customer service that we received from them. For those not familiar with AC issues and are in the search for a company they can trust, please try them out. You will not regret.

The service was good. If he had checked that the first time he came out, I would have saved the $70 or $80 for the service call. It was easy to get an appointment and they showed up on time. They were professional and courteous.
