IS THE REAL DEAL-I AM SO GLAD I TRUSTED THE OTHER EXCELLENT REVIEWS AND HIRED THEM --THEY HAVE BEEN WONDERFUL---I AM WAITING FOR MY NEW UNIT TO BE DELIVERED BY THEM---FOR THE SECOND TIME THEY CAME OUT TO FILL MY UNIT WITH FREON-THEY CAME OUT IMMEDIATELY AND CHARGED ME NOTHING THEY PROMISED TO KEEP ME COOL UNTIL I GET MY NEW TRANE UNIT INSTALLED - AND- THEY DELIVERED ON THIER PROMISE, IF I HAVE ANOTHER EPISODE THEY WILL COME BACK AGAIN -IF I KEEP HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY OLD UNIT THEY WILL DELIVER MY NEW UNIT EARLY AS AN EMERGENCY---THIS IS HOW GREAT COMPANIES DO BUSINESS-THEY SHOULD GIVE LESSONS TO OTHERS!!!!!!!!!!

They responded right away. I felt they were a little pricey. But on the flip side so was the water I was losing.
