Joe came to scope out the gas line/s for my patio heater, fire pit and BBQ located in my patio area. He will provide a proposal that outlines the scope of work and pricing. Joe was very professional and made suggestions for improvement of the proposed system. I was very impressed with the extent of his knowledge and recommendations.

Business answered on a Saturday so I didn’t have to wait until Monday to hear from someone. Got scheduled quickly and technician was great! He was super thorough, explained everything and when he left everything looked perfect. Very happy. Will definitely use them again.

Service person verbally quoted a price for a leak we’ve had before. Seemed high but out of desperation we agreed. After it was finished and we paid the written estimate showed we were charged over $100 for a “difficult angle”. It was simple and we’ve had it repaired in the same room before with no ridiculous up charge. We will never use them again. Seemed shady to me.

The employee was very polite and professional. My issue was with the price. $385 to remove a faucet and install the replacement I provided. This was a temporary until we get the shipped correct one. Too expensive for me to call back for work.

They were really great. I just needed a bit of advice and they were so helpful.

My plumber arrived at the designated time and got right to work. The job took less time than expected and the plumber kept me informed how things were progressing. I had every confidence in his work and feel I would call Chris Wilson Plumbing if I should have any future plumbing needs. Recommend!

I am still getting estimates, but was very impressed with the professionalism of this business and will probably contract with them for the job. I received an appointment the day after I telephoned them. They sent me an email containing a picture and the name of the technician who would be coming to my home. The technician performed a comprehensive examination and explained his findings. The only issue is that I have not yet received a written copy of the estimate. Nevertheless, I believe this to be a company of integrity. ~Wini

Used to hook up washing machine when moved into house. They charged double because they were “training” a second person on the job. $250+ for a 10minute job. Basically paid one man to watch?

One of the commodes was flooding over, clogged from foreign debris. Chris Wilson Plumbing arrived almost two hours early and I couldn’t have been happier. They are prompt, polite (includes the office staff) and professional in knowledge, manner and attire. “Joe” was in and set up unclogged the commode and out in about 40 min. Great crew.
