My husband just passed away 3 weeks ago; on top of that my water heater went out, but Chris Wilson sent his technician Rogelio to take care of it within 6 hours. They were amazing-Rogelio was professional, wonderful, just an amazing man who knew his job perfectly. I would recommend this company and Rogelio a thousand times over -believe me, I'm not in good shape right now, but these people are amazing!!! If you need something, this is the way to go without a doubt. I am incredibly pleased and so very thankful!!!!

Plumber Rogelio is awesome. My neighbor used him once or twice for work at her home when he was with his prior employer. She also went on about his work after I talked to her since she asked me about the truck in our small neighborhood. He's very efficient and extremely competent as you would expect from a senior plumber. I was afraid of getting a less experience person. There's many ways to skin a cat for the job he needed to do and he went for the most reliable way which would be less prone to clogs. Thanks for sending him.

Cody was wonderful and took time to explain what was going on with my hot water heater. It was a simple issue with the pilot light and he showed me how go relight it in the future. He also arrived ahead of schedule which was wonderful.

Chris Wilson Plumbing and Joe Pineda were easy to communicate with and extremely timely in replying to any inquiry for the project's duration. I received notifications of next steps consistently.

The work was done professionally and quickly using quality parts. Joe operated the backhoe, did the main connection and the finishing of the asphalt application (at least 3" of hot asphalt with the correct substrates). His team were all skilled and excellent.

I was very impressed with the value offered from Chris Wilson Plumbing, in comparison to a large national chain, whose estimates were sustantially more expensive, and I feel we got fantastic service and workmanship.

Chris Wilson Plumbing and Heating wanted to charge me over $100 for an estimate to replace my heater. If I went with their estimate the would refund $90 of the estimate cost. I dont want to gamble $110 on an estimate the may or may not be competitive with the other reputable vendors that I contacted.
I am not just kicking the tires on this, I am ready to complete the heater replacement this month. This may be a good company but they were not even considered due to this uncommon policy.

They are very professional and dependable. Work quality is of a high standard. I've used them before and I will be using them for all future plumbing problems.
