Great service, thorough. The problem turned out to be much farther downstream than anticipated, beyond my unit into a neighboring unit. Fixed both our problems, and fixed some incorrectly installed plumbing. Highly recommend!

The repair tech was on time, friendly, and very professional. He gave me a quote up front and explained his concerns regarding additional repairs that may be needed once he removed the old toilet. He solved several problems with the location and positioning of the toilet without causing additional expenses. Fast, efficient, and cleaned up after the service.

Plumber was early and very efficient at working on my sink. Helped me with solutions for my sink issues.

We came back after a weeklong trip to a very cold house. There had been a power failure for 4 days. Our furnace would not turn on. This company was the only Lennox furnace repair company that came out the next day and reset the power supply to our furnace.

I had an HVAC problem ( no heat in 35* weather!) and the company that installed it a year ago could not find time to even come to diagnose the issue. I called Chris Wilson late on a Tuesday afternoon and they found time for me the next morning. Lou came out in the morning, diagnosed and fixed it quickly and now thankfully I have heat!
They do really smart things like confirm the appointment by text and phone call, they use a tool that tells you how far away the technician is and they are accurate in giving you a time window when they will be there. All in all super happy with their service.

I had a 15 year old water heater that was not leaking, but it was starting to make quite a bit of noise and I figured I should address it before it failed and possibly damaged the surrounding area. I called Chris Wilson Plumbing and Heating over the weekend and they had a technician come out first thing Monday morning since it was not an emergency.

Ramiro showed up on time at 0800 and was pleasant to work with. He gave me his thoughts on the issue, and we decided to flush the water heater first. Unfortunately it continued to make noise (expected with a 15 year old water heater that has never been serviced) and we decided to replace it altogether.

While this was not a cheap project, I was very pleased with the work he did. He took his time, explained to me what he was doing, and gave me tips on how to maintain my new water heater moving forward. He replaced an old exhaust vent, added a drain pan, and routed both the drain pan and T&P relief valve to the outside of my house so that if it ever failed/leaked down the road, the water would drain outside instead of in my garage.

Lou really took his time explaining everything that was wrong with our heater to us and answered ALL of the questions we had. He truly is a jack of all trades since he was able to explain multiple plumbing questions we had too! He even knew more than the other plumber that previously evaluated our bathtub faucet. Overall very professional service.

Thru wind and rain and dark of night they installed our new furnace. Very efficient and personable. Came right when they said they would. This installation had many obstacles to overcome and they handled them with great ability. Nice to have a warm home again.

The technician was very helpful and had a lot of knowledge about the issues that we were having. They both were extremely nice and very patient with showing us our different options. We really appreciate their patience and the assistance.

Christopher Wilson and his site team, lead by Troy, were consistently helpful and professional. Troy helped my mom and I understand what needed to be done (sewer line repair). Christopher patiently helped us understand our financing options, communicating with us throughout the process.
