I have used Burkell Plumber service for years. From the initial phone call to the completion of the job, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.

The plumber arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with a detailed explanation of what needed to be done and the cost involved.
He also took the time to explain how to properly maintain my plumbing to prevent future problems.

Overall, I highly recommend Burkell Plumbing. They provided excellent service at a fair price and I will definitely be using his services again in the future. Thank you for a job well done!

We have been regular customers of Burkell Plumbing for over 3 decades. The owner, Jake, is honest and well liked by his employees, according to Fernando, an experienced, knowledgeable and charming plumber who came to fix our kitchen faucet and install a water purifier recently. Unlike some plumbers, Fernando was willing to take the existing Moen faucet apart to clean it of pipe debri, at my request. It now works perfectly and saved us from having to buy a new faucet. Thank you Burkell Plumbing for excellent service!

I have used Burkell Plumbing (Sausalito) in the past for my house heater. They came again today, this time for a 12 year old hot water heater. As usual, they are the nicest people! Got a call early this morning asking if Chris could come earlier than 3-4pm window time I had scheduled late yesterday afternoon. THEY understood my hot water heater was out and did not want us without hot water for another day. They did not know I have a disabled child in the house and bumping up the appt time helped immensely! Fixed in a jiff and gave some fabulous advice about how to prevent future issues! They always answer their calls, they always respond promptly, they always show up and on time. I have also used them in the past for a really old school wall heater at my place of business in Corte Madera. That is how I originally found them years ago. Always pleased with their service! Happy they are local and a third generation business (that says something). Service providers have been Chris and Jake.

Chris was outstanding. Very personable, really knowledgeable, and happy to do further research and counsel us on developing technology that we're interested in (electric tankless water heaters). He prioritized the longterm picture and won our loyalty in the process.

Happy to give five stars. Good service all around. I appreciate good service techs and they were and fixed the leak so we could use our shower again. Our pipes are 60 plus years old and some of it needed to be replaced.

The experienced plumber and apprentice did an excellent job in replacing old leaking drain pipes with the least amount of issues.
The work went very smoothly with no damage to the adjoining walls and sink pedestal. The fees charged were very fair.

Plumber arrived ahead of time which gave me time for other chores. Plumber was the soul of courtesy. Fixed the issue and provided advice to eliminate repeat problems. Receptionist delightful to work with in arranging service.

This was my annual call to have a plumber come snake my kitchen sink drain. I always use Burkell for all my plumbing needs. The guys are great. Very knowledgeable. Good prices. I never feel like I’m getting the hard sell. This time was no different. Fernando showed up early, he called first, he was personable when he got here, he explained what he was doing, listened to me and told me what to watch out for in the future. Absolutely 5 star service.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I've used Burkell and I cannot say enough positive things about this business, and the people who work there and own it. Fernando and Ralph installed a hot water heater yesterday and they did a great job; on time, very pleasant, cleaned up after the job was completed, and quick in and out. I will absolutely use them again.

I’m sure he gave me his name (I forgot) but what I liked is he got down to business, had to go back to shop to get parts, came back
and repaired in no time. I like that when svc. people come in, do the job, give you the price and leave. Thank you for the efficiency!
