They were very responsive. They came the next morning. We had a leak in our irrigation system which required replacement of pipes, repair of system and set up of new system. Their price was reasonable, they had all the parts with them and they were finished in a matter of minutes.

Jacob was amazing! They were incredible and highly responsive. They came quickly in a time of crisis when my water heater exploded and I had water gushing like a fountain on a holiday weekend. No one else would come. They did a phenomenal job. I would highly recommend them.

Recently I had several items to repair. Guillermo was just wonderful. He knew what he was doing and worked efficiently, but what I liked most was his personality. He is genuine and such a nice guy.
I will ask for him in the future whenever I need service.

We have a Pureonics water filter. It needed to be serviced or replaced. We had another company (starts with an O) that came out promptly at the appointment time. The tech looked at the unit, said he didn’t know much about water filters. He called his boss and the tech said he would call me after speaking to his manager. Never received a call back, even after I had emailed the office.
After 2 weeks of waiting, I called Burkell. The tech arrived promptly at 8 AM. He looked at my water filter and said he would get back to me. Chris emailed soon after the evaluation to say he could order the Pureonics replacement but suggested another water filter that was just as efficient and costs about 50% of what the Pureonics cost. So thorough and great follow up. I strongly recommend Burkell Plumbing!

Diagnosed and Replaced twin shower faucets that were clogged up with new single faucet controller. Required some tile sawing and larger cover plate. Outcome was successful. Pressure restored. No problems since.

I used Burkell to test my Backflow preventer. The city requires that it pass a test each year. Burkell tested it and said it failed the test but did not give me any specifics as to why it failed, even though I asked more than once. I asked if it could be fixed and they said no. They wanted to charge me close to $950 to replace it. I decided to get a second opinion. Turns out it the backflow unit had a valve that would not open because it needed to be cleaned. The new company I brought in to assess it only charged me $95 to clean and retest the unit and submit the successful report to the city. Burkell charged me $125 just for the test. I tried to reach the owner to discuss what happened but he never returned my calls. Overall it was a very negative experience.

UPDATE
Thanks for responding. I was told by the new plumber that there was nothing wrong with it at all, and that parts can be replaced inexpensively. So we will see how it goes. As you said, I am glad I found someone who can service this for me. Thanks again.
