Could not be happier with the service from this company! Scott came out on a Sunday within two hours and had the repair done within approximately 30 minutes! Great customer service! They did our original installation and were FAR less expensive and more available than any of the competitors. Highly recommend!!!

They regularly service our A/C and heating here at Balboa Fence Company and we couldn't be more happy with the quality and timely responsiveness especially in the dog-days of summer in Santee! Recommend!

The AC wasn’t cooling like it was supposed to. Jerry’s returned our call quickly and within a few days was able to send Scott out. Scott arrived on time and clearly explained all the possible problems. He was able to fix a leak and fill the freon 22 and explained about the newer more energy friendly freon that we’ll move to when our compressor needs to be replaced. He was very professional, experienced and customer oriented. We’ll call Scott again next time we need HVAC service.

This is the 2nd 5 star review. This time it was my AC, Jerry's came out assessed the issue, didn't go ballistic on me with over the top bids on AC Replacement when all I needed was a motor fan replaced. Scott Blair came out took apart the unit, he made sure everything was okay, found the problem. took the part and replaced it. He was over the top with care and service, He also, gave me some excellent advice regarding ,my supply vents. Jerry's will definitely be the one I will call for my new AC. Great service! Very nice friendly servicemen Tim and Garrett. I had a furnace replaced. Excellent work and very thorough. They took the time and made sure that everything was working properly, they were so neat you couldn't tell that they had been here..They explained in great detail about the new furnace. It made my day.

Scott called and was able to come early! He was very professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. Our near 20 year old Carrier AC had stopped cooling our home. Within about 1-1/2 hours Scott had our home cooled down to 75 degrees! Awesome! We highly recommend Jerry’s.

The air/fan setting was not hooked up our newly installed heater. GREAT customer service from service tech& AWESOME they have interns that are training- however when I called the office, the (younger) girl was not apologetic that I was frustrated that this was not working and she couldn't even LOOK INTO when someone could come out until "tomorrow". When I called later another older lady answered, she clearly has WAY more experience in customer service, or cares more about the company. Very clear in their responses & even tone towards "the customer" when she is the FACE OF THE COMPANY ANSWERING PHONE CALLS AND FIRST POINT OF CONTACT TO CUSTOMERS.
**Will update stars after service tech comes out to fix minor thing. Because she deserves 1 star, but the technicians definitely deserve 5!

We have used Jerry’s for years and they have always been professional and go beyond expectations to help us. Recently they installed a new ac for us and did an awesome job! I would Highly recommend this company to anyone! We love they are local to Santee and employ great guys!!

My first experience was a Blessing, for sure. Today, AC out for 2 days, 94' in the house and more heat on the way. Very frightened and sick from the heat. But in spite of their busy schedule, They were at my door in less than 3 hours of my call for HELP!
Up and running, best money I've spent in a long time. And, not nearly what I was in fear of it being.

My water heater started pouring water out the bottom and needed replacing. Jerry's heating and air sent out 2 of the nicest techs that I have ever had the pleasure of working with, Josh and Jeff. They spent an entire day at my place installing a new w/h. The job had some pain in the butt issues plus some cuts and banged up knuckles but the guys just kept on smiling and expressing a warm and friendly attitude, repeating "no problem" and "happy to do it for you" over and over again when I would ask "can you do this or that". A couple days later Josh returned with my new heating unit along with 2 other gentlemen (sorry I can't remember their names) who were just as friendly and professional as my first 2 guys. I highly recommend Jerry's company and give their techs my highest appreciation, they turned a really bad day into a delightful experience. If I could give Josh 10 stars I would, such an awesome guy!
