What great prompt and courteous service. Called to set up an appt and Ray responded very quickly. Had quote within a day and scheduled work for the following week. Quoted price is where I thought it would be (no surprises).

Chris and Greg were the technicians and they performed their work efficiently and followed the COVID-19 protocols, which was great to see (without being asked to follow them).

The real test will come when it gets hot to see that the dampers are balanced correctly (couldn't get a proper feel for it on this cool day today). But Ray mentioned that they'll come out and balance if needed.

Overall, very happy with the work, timeliness and professionalism.

I called at 6:30.- they answered, I asked for certain time ( rental) and they said yes, I had to change the time, and they agreed, I thought I had to buy a new heater ( wall unit ) and they fix it! Did I mention that their technician was a very polite, patient and an excellent and well knowledge tech? What he did was to fix the wall heater not just change a part
