The BEST! Replacing an HVAC system isn’t cheap so you want to make sure to go with a company that knows what they’re doing. I met with 5 HVAC companies after my AC went out and decided to go with Hilo Aire because they were the most knowledgeable, caring, and fairly priced.

Chris/Brett are extremely knowledgeable and took the time to go over all of my options in detail to make sure I was going to be paying for a system that made the most sense based on my needs and the size of my home. Chris took the extra time to measure my house and inspect my duct work to make sure the system would be adequately sized and I wouldn’t be over paying for a bigger system. The guys did a great job putting in the new system to a point where the city inspector even made a comment saying they did good with the install lol!

I’m lucky to have found these guys and felt like I was in good hands from start to finish.

So we decided to rent out our unit in Santa Clarita, and we knew a tenant would not put up with the noisy and old HVAC unit. So Chris came and he inspected the system and was honest enough to tell us that there is actually nothing wrong with the system and we could use it for now. But knowing how loud the unit was, we decided to replace the system anyways.

Chris and his crew made the entire process so painless. He was responsive, diligent, and great at explaining and following up with us. More importantly, he is just the nicest guy. We now have a brand new unit in our old apartment.

Also, in our new house, the heat wouldn't turn on. I texted him yesterday and he told me he'd be here first in the morning and he was.

He looked at the system, did some magic, and it suddenly started wroking. He left without charging us a single dollar despite my insisting on him sending me an invoice.
