Our 20 yo air conditioning system went out and we needed more than a repair. My HVAC repair company recommended Hilo Air and we got a few quotes from them and another. Hilo was by far the most professional, timely, and honest company with excellent follow through and quality install. They offered several different systems and helped me make an informed decision. I’d highly recommend them to anyone!

We needed an update to our old inefficient a/c system. Like everyone should, we got multiple bids. Hands down, this company was the most knowledgeable, did the most through inspection and gave the best price of anyone. As a team, they found solutions that would work best for us. Always a fast response to questions. The crew that did the installation were very professional. When they finished the day, you wouldn’t have known they were even there. Hilo Aire was one of 3 HVAC companies that came out to give us estimates for a new HVC system and new duct work. From the first visit it was obvious that they were going to be the perfect choice. They spent the most time inspecting our old system, inspecting all areas of our attic, explaining what and why we would need new equipment. They were the most thorough and professional of all the estimates. The entire process from estimate to installation was seamless. They said it would take 2 days and it was done in one and a half. They respected our property and kept things clean. All the technicians were highly skilled and had years of experience. We feel very confident that we made the best choice.

Chris and the guys went above and beyond. We were shocked at how efficient, friendly, timely and knowledgeable they were. They might seem a little pricey, but they’re truly state-of-the-art and the quality of service and product is unmatched. 100% will call them for all our HVAC/heating needs.

Chris and Brett were amazing! I called them at 5:45pm on a Friday night and they were at my place within an hour. Chris was able to diagnose and repair my HVAC and thermostat within an hour and was incredibly professional and knowledgeable!! Would highly recommend their services to anyone in the area!

Was expecting repair to be a motor and other parts with freon and be pretty expensive, but it was just a fuse and Chris didn't even charge us. Our unit is very old and will most likely be putting a new one in soon and will definitely call them to do it. Chris was very nice, answered a lot of questions. Very professional.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Chris, Brett and the team at Hilo!! We had our AC unit break during one of the coldest weeks this winter and Hilo was the ONLY company to get back to us in a timely manner and even showed up early Saturday morning the help fix the issue. Then said it was such a small part, “don’t worry about it!” They definitely know their stuff, so if you don’t like to freeze or sweat your buns off when your AC breaks, Hilo is your is best bet. Don’t waste time on the endless companies that take days to call you back. Thanks Hilo!!

They are professional, have a ton of experience, and so friendly. You can tell they care about their customers and the employees. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I switched over to electric, got a great deal on financing, Brett was transparent with cost, brand, and process. One of their technicians, Scott, walked me through easy maintenance I can do on my own and encouraged me to reach out with questions. And the system works awesome!
