By far one of the best rental companies in the US. Great customer service in the office and even better field service technicians. Fast 24 hour service in case of emergencies. Josh is one of the most thorough and intelligent service techs I’ve ever met. Great company and great employees! Highly recommend!

I've been delivering and moving their equipment as a carrier for United Rentals' transportation partners for years and I have never had a bad experience with United Rentals staff, they are very courteous reasonable and fair to work with and for. I appreciate the company and look forward to working with and for them as often as possible. All of the equipment I have transported is in top-notch shape, and the very few times there have been any issues United Rentals promptly takes care of it and helps me do my job better for them. Great company at every location!

If there were more stars I'd give more! Everyone has been extremely accomodating & efficient. We are a casino renting propane heaters, diesel heaters and spider boxes to heat our 6500 sq ft tent and James (our rep) has helped us out tremendously to make sure our guests are comfortable while playing during the cold season. Anytime we have an issue(s) with a heater or electrical spider box they are out within the hour to help us troubleshoot! Prior to looking at United Rentals I researched other similar businesses and United had the best pricing by far. They offer so many other rental needs as well. I highly recommend United Rentals and even if their prices were higher I would pay because the customer service has been outstanding!

Best rental experience. We had our chiller go down and their representative was onsite within an hour with a solution. We had a temporary chiller onsite by the end of the day. Could not be more happy with the San Marcos location. If you need any power or temperature control rentals this should be your only call.

Good place to find generators of any size. What ever you need they'll make it happen. Don't hesitate to call and speak to their shop techs for any technical questions if you're unsure how to adjust any settings.

We have been using United Rentals for years and the customer service has always been "above & beyond". They will go the extra mile to make certain our customers are satisfied.

I am a do it yourselfer. Not a contractor, just a little guy who will rent a few things a few times a year and this is how united treated me:

Had a horrible experience with the green place down the street. So I Walked into a man's showroom. Talked to the cs and was out in 10 minutes. They know what they are doing and they get er done. Not going anywhere else for machine or tool rental again.

Edit. Went in this morning and they made a mistake. But the cs fixed it. 100% customer satisfaction. I love this place.

Update. Holy cow. I think the manager is the one who made the mistake and i think he compensated me even more with an extra free day ($700 value) Wish I knew he was gonna do that, I would have planned to work that day. Thank you united, you are the best, and the Escondido branch will have my business for life.

Note. They treated me like someone that was important and in my possible future career I may need to use them more than 2 times a year. It will possibly be more like 2 times a week.
