From the zero pressure assessment visit to the timely proposal, I felt that I was engaged with true professionals. The installers showed up early/on time and performed the agreed upon work in a timely manner.

Our Oak Island technician, Terry Algee, provided 5-star troubleshooting and maintenance service today for my home air conditioning system. Terry was on time, polite, considerate, knowledgeable, and skillful. He cheerfully explained helpful things about my HVAC system.

Also, Terry’s schedulers and support staff were helpful with clear and professional communication before and during Terry's visit.

Oak Island and the technician Uriel Martinez are top notch. They were very helpful with my HVAC. My system is 19 years old and the technician spent time explaining my options for repair and getting the most out of my system. He was very knowledgeable about HVAC. It was clear that he wanted what was best for me and went out of his way to problem solve with me. When it comes time to replace our system we will use Oak Island.

From meeting with the sales rep, (Ryan), to having two excellent technicians, I am very pleased with Oak Island Heating and Air. They were all respectful, efficient, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

They installed new heater system as an upgrade to what I had previous and installed a new AC system which I did not have prior. Service techs who installed systems were knowledgeable and courteous and did wonderful work. Follow up services techs came in later to fine tune install with increasing size of air vents to heater/air were also knowledgeable and courteous. Services techs are going to come out this week to possible put in a damper to push some of the heat going upstairs back downstairs. I have not used the systems much yet except for this week but I am very happy with system so far and the amazing customer service via Oak Island.

The three gentlemen were on time and friendly. They covered their shoes while inside the house and laid down tarps to work. There was absolutely no mess! Very professional and answered all of our zillions of questions! Super quality!

Oak Island is who Costco set us up with for AC installation, and we can see why Costco uses them, as they were extremely professional and do great work. Jacob promptly met with us to find the best setup for our situation and needs (we have a narrow space on the side of our house and he recommended the right AC unit for us... works great and is super quiet), and gave us a thorough and fair estimate. They communicated appointments well, and were punctual.
For the install, Osiel and crew were helpful, took pride in their work, cleaned up afterward. I'd highly recommend this company!

Oak Island was recommended by a family friend and we are very happy with the service we received. They were very quick to respond and were up front about pricing and what we needed done. They showed up on time and were very friendly, professional and clean. They had to remove our old ac unit and our old furnace, put in replacements, and replace our ducts throughout the house. They finished it in 2 days! Samson and Nate came the first day and got right to work. Samson and Chris came the second day. Samson was very educational and showed us how to operate the new thermostat, making sure we felt comfortable with how it worked. The house is so cool now- we are very pleased!
