What a pleasant experience! Thought I was going to have to spend over 7k and Oak Island came in below 4k and a Costco credit. Service guys were very helpful and kind. All good, highly recommend!

We went with them because we trusted them the most out of the three companies we compared for our AC installation. In the end we are pleased we went with Oak Island and we highly recommend them.

Clearly, they are professionals who know what they are doing, and are committed to making sure the customer is satisfied. I can't say enough about how great they were; I wish all home repairs/installations were like this!!

We contacted Oak Island Heating and Air to replace our 30 year old furnace and add air conditioning. Their estimator, Jacob provided a comprehensive evaluation of our alternatives, and information we needed to understand available products. We were glad to learn that they were familiar with the limitations of small side yards and could accommodate installation of a slim high compressor. Jacob provided several referrals from neighbors who had slim compressors installed. During the two day installation, one neighbor saw the workers, came over and began testifiying to the great experience he had with Oak Island. Other neighbors confirmed their complete satisfaction with the process and their products.

Oak Island sent Chris to our home for final measurements, inspection and more product information. He took a great deal of time to explain the installation process and compile notes and instructions for the project.
The installation was within ten days or so of the original contact and took only two days.

Our installers, Gene and Dave were on time, efficient, courteous, and left the garage and installation area cleaner that it had been at the onset of work. They took care to explain every aspect of the install, the new furnace, thermostat, and air conditioning unit, their expertise was appreciated, particularly since neither of us ever had residential air-conditioning.

We have noticed an immediate improvement in the air quality of our home, very happy with the results of this project and highly recommend Oak Island Heating and Air

I had Oak Island and multiple others provide quotes for my job of replacing the heater and installing new AC. Oak island had a very competitive price and were very responsive to any questions and changes I brought to them. Ultimately I selected a 2 stage Lennox heater and a slimline AC which fits great in my narrow side yard. There were a couple issues with how to run the 220 through the attic (panel and new AC on opposite ends of the house), but they did a great job running it and minimizing the visible components.The work was finished in about a day and a half and cleaned really well afterwards. I'd highly recommend them.
