We had an air conditioning installation today by Contra Costa Heating and Air Conditioning and the experience was fantastic!

They sent two crews and got the entire installation and system check completed in just six hours.

Every part of our experience from site visit, estimate and installation was professional, touch less, and current covid-19 aware.

Awesome Job, we should have done this 10 years ago.

It all started with Tommy Rojas the sales person. He is very pleasant to work with and not 'pushy' at all. He listened and offered cost-effective plans that included quality equipment that fit our budget. After we agreed on type of equipment Tommy arranged the rest of the work flow from arranging for the duct removal (asbestos) to installing the new ducts and equipment.

Next was Alex and his team who did the actual work of installing the ducts and equipment. Alex and his crew were very respectful and made sure to keep clean our flooring as they proceeded to remove the old equipment and install the new HVAC. They went beyond expectations because they did small repairs not necessary to the HVAC replacement, they cared about fixing small things such as the door to the HVAC closet and provided extra air filters. Once HVAC installation was completed and functionally tested, Alex made sure to explain the operation of the new thermostat, equipment and answered all our questions.

The crew did an excellent job replacing the furnace and adding AC. They were on time, clean, friendly and very capable. The job was completed in two days with minimal disruption to our daily routine.

We recently purchased a 4,000 sq ft home in Novato,CA. Both the gas heating and air conditioning systems needed to be replaced and large sections of duct work needed to be replaced as well. We engaged Contra Costa HVAC to install (2) Lennox Elite EL296V gas furnaces and (2) Lennox 16 SEER Condensers. The installation team consisted of three very hard working, knowledgeable and highly skilled field service technicians. Alex was our team lead. Over a three day period, they disassembled and removed the old units and installed and tested the new systems. The quality of the workmanship really shows in the welds, alignments, configuration and aesthetic appearance of the wrapped and insulated units. We were pleased with the consideration given in adjusting air-flow to provide comfortable heat and cooling throughout the house. We would recommend the services of Contra Costa HVAC to others without reservations.

Manny and Fausto did an amazing job replacing a new heater and ac unit at my house. They were extremely polite and professional. They explained me everything they were doing. When done Manny explained the whole unit all the bells and whistles. Showed me how to operate the new touch screen thermostat. In all I'm extremely satisfied with the work and the professionalism that Manny and Fausto did on our unit. They were very mindful on how they worked in our home as if they were working on their own home or a family members home. I will definitely be recommending these great guys. We recently had a new Lennox furnace and air conditioner installed. Despite some challenging issues relating to the layout of our home, where access to power and the furnace are not easy, they were able to overcome each challenge one by one. We now have a well functioning system that works and looks terrific and much better than we expected. They have a hard working crew tolerant of endless questions, and very creative problem solvers. They came to the house on time, finished on time and on budget. Thanks to Julie for helping with financial stuff, Gilbert for super workmanship, and Tommy for his patience and design. We can recommend this company highly.

Pricing is only one part of the great experience with Contra Costa Heating & A/C. Especially in these days of Covid-the care, attention, professionalism of the entire team in my home was excellent!

They do not have customer in mind, you need to chase them for information. And even with “promise”, you can not expect they mean it, :(

Well, this is the added part in reply to the response below.
City can make exception, but need to submit application and apply. Your agent only left a message and gave up and I was trying to do this myself. To help this process, one of the questions I was looking for from your agent is the estimated size so that I can talk to the city. I never got any response, except for "promise" and "will do" in email.
Can you give me your email Anthony, I will send you the screenshot, or better yet, the whole communication process for your reference.
BTW. I had the furnace unit installed by your company back in 2015, also via Costco.
