Do not expect timely service from these guys. Communication is poor and work can never be done. Lady on support call is totally waste of time. you keep calling and response is same that she will call you back and she never resolve any issue or call you back. Each time you call, she starts like new call again and again you need to explain .. The worst part, call ends same that she will call you back and she never calls back or resolve any issue

I recommend Contra Costa heating & AC, I called and made an appointment and they came out the next day to inspect the problem and fixed it the same day great customer Service, I will keep using them to services our Heater and AC.

Peter came on-site for initial diagnosis and subsequently for repair of A/C. He was very knowledgable, on time, and efficient in his work.
