After a delay in contacting me about appointment time, they came out a day late. They diagnosed the issue with our walk-in freezer. They need a part and said they’d come back. I received a call they were at my location to install the part. When we went to meet them we couldn’t find them. We made several calls and sent messages trying to figure out what happened. No response. Since my freezer is vital to my business I called another company. When I text them to to tell them what I had done their reply was “OK”. Craziest, most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with! Good luck doing business with this company! This is the 1st negative review I have made in my 59 years of life!
