Our older home needed a new furnace and they came out on time and the sales person Austin didn't try to upsell me. He educated me on my home size and exactly what our options were. I did have 2 other companies come out to give me a bid one before and one after and both seemed like they were selling me on a larger unit than my 1200 SQ Foot home required to keep us warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
Great experience from beginning to end! and I like supporting businesses that are family owned.

I love this family-owned business! Both the owner, Abel, and his son, Austin, have been to my house to help diagnose and fix various problems with our aging heating system. They are professional, polite and smart. Other companies came out and told me I needed a whole new duct system and possibly a new heater, Austin and Abel were far more honest and able to fix the problems fairly quickly and inexpensively. I highly recommend family-owned Comfy Heating & Air Conditioning!

I am a Builder and was asked to replace two aging units with two, new Carrier Infinity Units for a client. Comfy Heating and Air came in with a competitive price, brought in a great crew and made the changes flawlessly. They also recommended the duct work be reconfigured to deliver air flow more efficiently, with remarkable results. I have cycled through a number of HVAC contractors over the course of my career, with varying levels of success. Going forward, Comfy Air will be my first choice.

Tech couldn’t repair due to weather. I understand that. Said I’d get a call back to reschedule. Never happened. After waiting 3 days. Called back. Dispatch said have to wait 10 days. What a joke. Don’t waste your time. Call someone reliable instead

Initially my reported home Depot to supply a vender to diagnose my furnace which was stopped and willing to explore more on zoning. Apparently comfy was assigned from home Depot to diagnose my current furnace, however since I was able to fix that part by myself I have altered my initial request to estimate for zoning only. Without any hesitation by keeping the same appointment they were able to look at my furnace and provided plans. There price was very much competitive and moreover my neighbors went through different contractors ultimately end-up with comfy. Reference played a big role and I got very good feedback of comfy and really experienced their professionalism, punctuality and in depth elaboration. I would highly recommend for any furnace HVAC related job to comfy fo sure.

I had an appoint for an estimate to have additional air vents installed and was told an estimate would be emailed to me. As of today January 2020 I have yet to receive that estimate. I have called the office twice and was told it would be sent. I’m really confused as to what I am suppose to rate? Is I have made a request by speaking directly to your office and still no response?
