NUR Service

My wife called Nur hvac on Sunday. I reminded her they are not open on Sunday, yet that evening I received a call from Nur hvac which really surprised me. I made an appointment for Monday, another surprise in how quickly I was able to get a technician. The technicians arrived, were very professional and friendly and the following day completed our repair. The overall experience was fantastic.

Called to see if there would be a possibility of breathing some new life into a 20+ year old Samsung refrigerator. The gentleman I spoke with could have easily told me that they needed to look at it first to determine the exact issue with the icemaker, thus leading to a service call fee. He didn't! He gave me his honest opinion on it and also gave me some advice on replacement brands as I have been looking anyway. Integrity and honesty goes a long way these days with me. If I ever need an appliance repair service for real in the future, these guys will get my call first.

Nur hvac gave me a low to high quote over the phone then sent Chris out the following day. Chris was punctual & professional and quickly sized up my job. My old unit was 49 years old so I needed things brought up to code as well. Chris had a written quote within minutes and was fast at work with everything he needed as soon as I signed. Short work was made out of the job and Chris cleaned up, explained all of the work and left it better than the way it was when he arrived… true professional. I will definitely be recommending Nur hvac going forward.

If I could give 100 star I would have. Ilyas is amazing!
I messaged him on a Friday night and he was at my house at 10am. He is so knowledgeable and very professional. I got couple of quotes from other companies and they were all over priced and weren't available till Monday.He came on a Saturday (on time) and fixed my AC. I can't thank him enough for fixing our AC so fast in the middle of summer (105 degrees ). Thank you Ilyas you are absolutely the best!

They are quite professional with this company. I have been using this business again and again for sure!!! Will recommend them highly!!!

This is the only company that is available 24/7 hours. They are not like other companies who disappeared and talk roughly. Will go on using them for sure.
