Alex is the only person I trust to work on my appliances. He was able to get the part for our old dryer quickly and had it running again right away. Alex fixed several different problems with our 20 year old refrigerator. He takes the time to explain the problem and what needs to be done. Very helpful, friendly, and courteous. I have an out-of-warranty 1.5 year old Bosch dishwasher that wouldn't drain all of a sudden. Initially I had a plumber came by to check it out because I thought it was a draining issue but everything seem to pointed back to the dishwasher.

I called Alex. Explained my problem. He gave me the flat quote over the phone and showed up the following day. He was fast and thorough. He fixed my problem within 30-45 minutes. He even explained how to troubleshoot next time and what to expect in the next 1-2 years when I have problems. He gave me a magnet card with his info and I kept it on my fridge cause I'll be calling him in the future.

I had used Alex previously for a washing machine repair. I texted him on a Sunday, and he replied to me immediately. He said that he could be here on Monday between 10-12, My doorbell rang at 11:45. I explained that the machine was leaking water, that we had water all over the floor. We had use the machine on Friday, and Saturday morning there was water all over the floor of the utility room. Alex came, tested the washing machine and its functions and finally determined that we has a leaking feed hose, which he replaced. The machine is working fine and we now have a functioning and non-leaking appliance, so now I do not have to go out and find and replace a washing machine. I’m sure I will have to in the future, it is 15 years old, but Alex saved the day. he is professional, prompt, and I highly recommend him!

Alex fixed my dryer roller. He was very professional and his prices were reasonable. I contacted him in the morning and he was able to come by the evening. I have a stacked washer/dryer which most repairman won’t service but Alex was willing to repair it. This is the 2nd time I have used MASTERS4U and I have had great experiences both times.

My furnace stopped working when the outside temperature dropped so urgently needed to fix it. I have found Alex’s contact and left him a message. He promptly called back and scheduled next day appointment.
At the day of appointment he called in advance to confirm and came on time. The part that needed to be replaced was already in Alex’s car so he fixed the furnace pretty fast.
