When our central air suddenly stopped working right before a big heat wave, Fuse answered my call immediately on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, and sent someone on Memorial Day itself! Alexander Z was highly professional, courteous, and thorough. He was able to diagnose the problem, then return the next day with the proper parts to complete the repair. I was frankly amazed that an HVAC company was this responsive on a holiday weekend in the middle of a pandemic! Excellent overall service -- I will be contacting them for all of my future HVAC needs.

This is a fraud company! My air conditioner did not work in the summer, and I called them. They said they have many orders and they are busy. I waited for their air conditioning master for several days, but he didn't come. I called them back and they made a new appointment. The master arrived but was four hours late. He was rude. After a quick diagnosis, he called on the phone and their operator said my air conditioner was not repairable. She began to persuade me to install a new air conditioner, which I had to buy only from them. The price was unacceptably high and I said no. I paid them to diagnose of my air conditioner, and it was not cheap. I called another repair company after he went. When master from another company arrived, he found only a brocken wire. He fixed it very quickly and it was cheap, so then I realized that this company had deceived me.
I didn't want to write this review early because it is extremely negative. I was afraid that they knew where was my previous home, but not now. Stay away from HVAC fuses and home appliance repairs! This is a fraud company!

We specifically wanted an air purifier cabinet as part of our system. We were told by the estimator that it was possible to add one in. However, when the technician installed the system, he did so WITHOUT the air filtering cabinet. It was disappointing as with the air quality being poor during fire season, we wanted that extra filtering. No one told us ahead of time that this would not be possible. No one returned our calls when we asked what happened. I would NOT have selected a vendor who could not do this and I feel very much taken advantage of and I am sad that the company did not own up to their mistake and is not willing to make this right. Now I am distrustful and don’t know what else will go wrong. It’s awful. Save yourself with agony and don’t use them.

I got a call back from the manager on Friday to apologize and try to make the installation right. She said she would send out the technician again to make sure our installation was "perfect". The technician came out and installed the air filter cabinet to the furnace. Was it installed as it should have been if the installation was done at the same time as the furnace originally? No. Is there an air filter cabinet attached now in our system? Yes. I've changed my review from my original 1 star to 4 stars because they tried to make it right. The system is not perfect but it's 2020 and I am thankful that nothing else went wrong. I feel that 5 stars would have been if the system was installed as quoted originally without all the time and effort spent on trying to get them to fix this issue.

2 days to the long weekend and the wife and I rush to the washing room as we could smell smoke !!!

We tried to restart the washer and it seemed to work normally to our untrained eye. But as the saying goes “ No smoke without a fire” ! And since we could not ascertain the cause of the acrid smell, we decided to reach out to Fuse HVAC to come in and check out our washer and dryer and since they were to come in anyway, my wife requested for a check up of Air Conditioning unit and our refrigerator unit as well.

It is well past a decade since we had bought these along with this house and target were all new equipment. And since then , did not have to replace or repair too many of the major appliances. We Did not want to wait and come to know of any surprise expenses after the long weekend, so my wife chose early morning next day itself, which Fuse kindly obliged promised.

Next morning, just before the promised time, wife receives a text with name and photo of the service technician who was to come , one named Chiril.

Chiril arrived on time, duly masked and with shoe covers etc. , the epitome of customer service. He quickly reviews our Washer and very patiently without getting too technical clearly explains what happened to our washer and surmises that a replacement would be our best option. He also patiently discussed the various brand of washer and types in the market and merits and demerits of each, leaving us feeling more confident of our required buy, that we could have ever been. Of course knowing that he could not benefit directly from the guidance (they do not help buy/install/replace new units), made this a very thoughtful gesture and earned him full marks on customer service.

The he quickly moved on to our refrigerator and within seconds removed the fused bulb in the it and replaced it with the one we had brought earlier to replace it. No fuss, no delay, he made quick work out of it , without requiring us to remove all our items from the fridge.

Finally he inspected our a/c unit and found that it was low on Freon gas which he topped off quickly. But he did not leave it at that! He closely inspected the line and found a minor leak in the service port and replaced the valve, which should help the gas for longer period in the future.

All throughout the service call, he was completely respectful of our property and ever ready to share his knowledge and experiences on any of the appliances he was called to inspect.

We will call Fuse in a heartbeat whenever needed next and will insist on Chiril to assist us.

Note that they do not come cheap, but there is immense value for money and each service is clearly priced and detailed out in the bill. In the end you are left with the feeling that your needs were truly addressed!

On the first day of CA Shelter and Place, my heater decided to quite, it was a very cold day, but I found Fuse HVAC, they booked my a same day appointment, their technician Chirill came on time, identified the issue and fixed it the very next day. Fast forward, 8 months later, my heater suddenly acted up again, the flame was turning on and off every several seconds. It's a Sunday afternoon, I called Fuse HVAC, prepared to hear the voicemail and leave a message, and was really surprised when Alec picked up the phone, he told me their schedule was fully booked in the next 4 days, but he would contact Chirill and let me know if he could squeeze me in. Less than an hour later, he called me and confirmed Chirill would come on Monday. Chirill arrived, again on time, upon inspection, he identified the issue was caused by a blocking of air intake which lead to furnace overheat, he fixed it, AND didn't charge me, even though it is after 6 months' warrantee period. I'm SO impressed by how professional and customer centric they are, both Chirill and Alec and the company they represent. I highly recommend Fuse HVAC Repair. You may find some companies can do good job and charge fair price, but how many of them can have live/friendly person answer your phone every time, even on a Sunday afternoon, is willing to squeeze you in their schedule, and their technicians are always on time, knowledgeable, considerate, and never try to make money off of you?

I hired Fuse HVAC Repair to disconnect and then move my AC as part of a patio remodel. The technician, Chirill, was very professional, on time, and hard working. Price was stated up front and was very fair.
Definitely recommend them!

I called Fuse to fix my heater. They spent an hour, charged me $275 and said it was fixed and left. I checked moments afterwards and it hadnt't been repaired. They offered to come out again at no charge but I decided to find someone else since their work can't be trusted.

I improved my review to 3 stars given the proactive response from the owner and that possibly this could be an isolated event and not a reflection on their ongoing business.

Alex and Leo did a phenomenal job fixing the kitchen vent fan. It was particularly hard issue and he helped me buy the right unit and install it. Will definitely recommend this business to everyone

Literally theee BEST appliance/service company in the bay area. Extremely knowledgeable and take their time in trying to understand what is wrong with the appliance.

I had contacted the co. in-regards to my built-in refrigerator as it wasn't getting cold anymore. Prior to calling them I had the horrendous service from Sears Home Services.. what a nightmare.

But these guys, Fuse HVAC Repair, what a blessing in the sky. I believe the guy's name was Sergey, he came in, diagnosed the the fridge, and explained everything with detail of what he believed was the issue.

I went ahead and agreed to have it repaired.. (oh by the way, did I mention they will guarantee their work for 1 year?!!!)

A week later, parts came in and they were back repairing the fridge. They even showed me the old broken part vs. what the new part looked like. Night and day.

Hands down DO NOT HESITATE to go with these guys. Go with these guys. 1 million percent you won't regret it.

FUSE HVAC Repair came and fixed our burner range. They were prompt, on time, and gave reasonable, competitive pricing. I would use Fuse HVAC again for any other appliance repairs that come up.
