Definitely five stars! We had a problem with our furnace/heater during a recent cold spell and John and KC were able to come out the same day. They were prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problem, got the replacement part, and fixed the problem, all while taking the time to describe the problem and what they did to solve it. They also made sure the system was up and running and tested the heating vents through our house. They were very honest and in no way did I feel that they were trying to cheat us or take advantage of our lack of technical knowledge. I cannot recommend them enough and will be using them for all our heating/AC needs.

DG has always taken care of me when I needed tune ups on my old system. So when I finally decided to bite the bullet and replace everything(ducting, a/c, furnace), I didn’t even get other quotes. In this day in age, with businesses cutting corners to maximize profits at the owners expense, it's quite an enjoyment to hire companies like this who do perfect work, finish quickly, and clean up everyday as if they were never there. Big thanks to John, Mike, Roy, Leticia, and all other installers who did an awesome job on my HVAC system.

A very good experience with DG Heating. Their service technician, Dan, came by this morning to fix a couple of wall fan heaters in the dining room and bathroom that were broken. Two other contractors -- a painter and electrician -- could not figure out what was wrong, but Dan was able to fix it! Mark me down as another satisfied customer!

Had an excellent experience with DG Heating and Air Conditioning and their service specialist Joshua Estevez. DG was referred by our general contractor who built our home 10 years ago. Joshua was able to respond within a day when our AC system went down. He repaired the immediate problem within an hour. We then discussed some upgrades and maintenance because of the age of our system. Joshua returned the following day and completed upgrades, maintenance and a full HVAC system check within two hours. He is very knowledgeable and professional. The price was reasonable and all proposed work was thoroughly explained in advance. We will definitely call on Joshua and DG for regular maintenance and service in the future. Vern Granneman

I live in a neighborhood of DG Heating and Air Conditioning customers. In 2017 during a renovation, DG moved our furnace to the attic, and then in 2018 DG installed an AC unit for us. From the estimator, (John) to Leticia in the office, and then the competent technicians, we have been very happy with the product and with the team of people that make up DG. The whole experience was quality plus.

From start to finish, everything went as planned. John reviewed the work and explained the work process and what to expect. Jose and Andres was on time and worked well together to replace my airducts and replaced a part on my furnace. The guys did an excellent job containing the debris and promptly removed them as soon as possible. The cost of repair was better than expected. Thank You!

My furnace blower ran but no heat. They returned my called. Edmon Sawa and a technician came over. They diagnosed as the pressure switch issue. Edmon gave me the $95 service charge and said that they would check and let me know how much for fixing. After 2 days, I called Edmon, he, again, said that he will give me the estimate.
No estimate ever came.
I wiggled the wiring in the furnace and got heat again without replacing anything.
They only want the service charge. How can they have 4.9 rating? Stay away!

Roy, Brayton, Jonathan, Nester and Luis just finished a 3-day, new install at our house and each of them was a pleasure to meet and to work with. They kept us well informed throughout the process and met all their commitments. The entire DG experience was excellent.

They did an install for me some years ago. Installers were professional and timely. Quote was competitive. Had one small issue which the fixed promptly. Recently had a warranty issue on the hardware and they fixed it very quickly. Would use them again if I had the need and recommend them as a consideration for anyone in the market for a install.

John just came to the house to help me out with our thermostat that suddenly stopped working. He made the time even on a very busy, hot day. A great guy! Didn't take long for him to determine the problem and fix it. Every time I call DG, I am impressed with the level of knowledge and professionalism. Thanks John! You have a great business!
