They had the part I needed had a pretty decent price actually with allowed me to make a few bucks anyway..

installed one month conditioner host outside broken, called couple times fixed, then pipe inside house leaking water , never return my call from the technician assigned to my house Jose, it means no guarantee after installation? if so homedepot or costco will be much better place!

Friendly enough on the phone, but they don't sell to homeowners - they only sell to contractors. This should at least be more clear on their listing. Ideally they would change the policy. So 1 star for the policy, but I'd probably find them just fine if I were a contractor.

I called for my residential HVAC issue. I was told that they didn't sell to consumers, but a guy (didn't get his name) referred me to a place to fix my issues. He didn't have to do that and I appreciate that he did. Problem solved.

Terrible place with lousy customer service.

It was a very cold day (December 9, 2013 and about 40 degrees outside) when my Trane heater stopped working (the limit switch broke). The heater was bout 2 years old.

I went to this location to pick up the part to fix the heater. I got there, and the lady behind the counter said that she cannot sell parts to any homeowners but only to repairmen. I explained that I have two little kids at home, and that the house was becoming alarmingly code for the kids. She was both rude and quite unsympathetic and basically told me to leave.

I know that this will be the absolute last Trane product that I will ever purchase and will recommend to family and friends never to purchase their products.

Called them and they said they don't sell to the public. Good to know these are HVAC people who only look out for other HVAC people.

They are slow. Prepare to spend 9,5-1 hour even on simple part purchasing.
