The consultant Mike came to my home and assessed my needs, explaining the different options available to me and answering all of my questions. They helped me select a system that was the right size and type for my home and my budget.

The installation team, Chava and Sergio, arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. They were courteous and respectful, and they took care to protect my home and clean up after themselves.

Called for help with AC repair issue in the morning and they were able to get someone to help in the afternoon. Very supportive customer service and very helpful and professional technician came for the repair (his name was Martin). He determined there was a leak and we agreed to a quick short term fix to add coolant so I can get cold air today and then for the long term fix, we'll schedule a time when we don't need the AC in the Fall to locate and fix the leak. Looking forward to continued business!
