All Bay Insulation & HVAC workers arrived on time on that day and were courteous and professional. They explained what the steps were for removing the old finish and appling the new finish. He even showed me their new dust removal system that eliminates mnost of the dust during the sanding process. It was a high tech solution that showed they were interested in keeping my house as clean as possible while doing a professional job.

Noam, Sam and their crew have done a great job on our project with attention to details. They cleared up and redid the entire house insulation, air seal, rodent proofing and energy upgrades. The team is super fast to execute and they have amazing follow-up m and Inspections to confirm quality. They are full service so connected me for asbestos and stucco work with the right teams. Very professional in their work ethics and they value customer satisfaction and relationship!

Noam, Sam, and crew were great. Good explanation, price and quality of work. We had all duct work replaced and full attic clean with new insulation installed. Was done on time with careful detail not to create a mess. I would recommend and use them again myself.

My heating bills are high and i been thinking to renew my attic insulation and air ducts for a while. I called these guys they did a thorough inspection of my attic and crawl space and it turns out I had asbestos on the ducts and and maybe o e inch of dirty insulation in my attic
After the inspection Noam recommended to remove all the asbestos and hazardous materials from the heater and to replace the air ducts and sheet metal with new ventilations and to seal the ducts. Also they recommend to remove the old insulation from out attic. And perform an air seal for all openings and gaps in our attic and crawl space
Then to install new 12” thick eco friendly insulation batts after researching the materials I chose knauf insulation. And a vapor seal for the crawl space which they use stego plastic wrap.
On the day of the installation they came out on time and wrapped the whole house with plastics and thick floor covers to prevent damaging the floors and walls
It took two days to complete the work and now our house is more comfortable in about 4-5 degrees
And they approved it by doing a blower door testing air leakage to outside of the envelope of the house
These guys know a thing or two about energy saving and I would highly recommend them for my friends and colleagues for sure !!

It all started with the irritating sound of rodents in the attic. I made appointments with three different businesses to check for rodents and clean it up, including with Noam from All Bay.
All three mentioned there was significant rodent activity & that the insulation was extremely poor (less than 3" thick in some places).

Of the 3 businesses, Noam performed the best inspection. He took the time to inspect the entire attic for at least 15 minutes. The others merely took a peek and gave a quote.
Noam suggested that we clean up the rodent droppings, etc., seal all entryways & inspect for any further activity after a week to ensure they were gone. This was the right thing to do rather than rush to replace with new insulation the same day.

On the day of rodent proofing & removal of old insulation, Noam's crew showed up on time, cleaned out the attic, made it rodent proof, air sealed & sanitized and cleaned the dryer vent. At this time they also noticed that the ducts had been damaged and had asbestos in the boots. I got a quote from Noam for the ducts replacement.

They came back a few days later and ensured the rodents hadn’t returned (I could tell too since I stopped hearing those familiar sounds :-). Then they removed the asbestos and replaced the ducts. During the process some paint had chipped around a couple of vents. They took the time to repaint and ensure it was done right. They were back the next day to install all new insulation and an attic fan.

With temps. having dipped over the last few days, we have noticed that we don’t need to run the heater for as long as we used to since we have newer insulation.

During this entire process I found Noam and team to be very professional, the estimates reasonable and the end product of high quality. I would absolutely recommend working with Noam and All Bay for any attic insulation and duct replacement needs.

Noam came out and gave us a quote for new Blown-in attic insulation. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. We will have our system installed in a couple of days.

We hired All Bay to change the existing furnace, duct with asbestos and add wall and attic insulation. It has been two months and everything functions very well. Although they have received too many compliments, I would still like to highlight our best appreciations:

1. They are super quick and efficient
We hired All Bay to completely redo insulation and AC system. Even for such a huge project, they were able to finish in days. Instead of hanging around in your house for a month, Noam usually sends a team of people working up and down and finish things quickly. Later on our project was held up because of the electric panel upgrade, they were also flexible to adjust the schedule accordingly.

2. They come back and fix things!
Unlike many other contractors who claimed to have "warranty" but later made all sorts of excuses of not taking the responsibility, All Bay does come back and stand for their work. When we just moved in and our furnace was not powerful enough, Noam sent two people to adjust the air flow right away.
