Wow! Such a great company! My a/c recently went out at my house and this place was recommended to me from a buddy. I have been very disappointed with other a/c companies and their service in the past. When this sweetheart of a receptionist Emily answered and was so caring and nice on the phone I knew I was going to be taken care of. She literally helped with everything and made the whole situation very easy. Any questions had she answered right away and was very professional. She got someone out to me the next day for the repair and they were extremely efficient. Will definitely be recommending this company to all my friends! Keep up the great work guys!

These guys are the best. I had a problem with my unit and smart thermostat and Paulson Ac was extremely quick to respond and we were scheduled for maintenance the next day. His team was on time, courteous and respectful. The technician diagnosed the problem and gave me a fair estimate on the spot. He left to get a part and was back same day. Within 48-hours of having a problem the we had everything resolved. I would highly recommend.

I asked this company to fix my AC. Arriving right at the start of only a two hour window. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about their product. They told me they could fix my current ac but I should get a new one due to it being so old. My AC has never worked better and it cools the house down so fast. Absolutely love them 10/10 would recommend.

Lots of moving parts trying to coordinate schedules, since they were also dealing with my difficult schedule, city permits, solar install, etc., but they did a great job keeping us up to date and informed.

Paulson AC saved me in a crunch! My home AC system went down and we got a quote from another company that was super high. Paulson had a tech come in and they diagnosed the problem and saved us money. They were literally two thousand dollars cheaper I was shocked. Tyler called me and got me scheduled for a replacement asap and we were up and running just before my in laws got to town.
