We called to have our central air system repaired. The tech was polite and professional and was very detailed and skilled to make sure everything worked great before he left. I highly recommend Atlas Air Conditioning & Heating. They did a great job!

My tech from Atlas Air Conditioning & Heating came out to give a quote on what we thought was a much larger problem with our very old furnace, but turned out to be as simple as a new thermostat. He was fast, professional, kind... we will definitely be using them from now on!

Felt like a scam.

Summary, she (third party answering service) did no know the answer to my questions until she took my personal and contact information. Then she gave me the answer “we are booked for months, sorry”.( ???)

I called during business hours.
A third party company got the call saying “it’s after business hours”
I wanna to ask a free estimate.
She said, give me full name and phone and someone will call you to answer your questions.
I did gave her the information.
She asked what was the question. I repeated schedule an estimate to repair AC system.
Then suddenly, this time, after getting my personal info, she new the answer to my question. Her answer “sorry, but we are all booked for months”

Great service and at a reasonable price. They showed up within the appointment time (which is rare and much appreciated!) And they flushed our A.C. quickly. The team described everything that they were doing and also gave me good insight into what I need to do to keep my A.C. running well. Two thumbs up!

Came out same day called. Diagnosed problem, ordered part, returned next am & completed repair. The technician was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very friendly. Gave us helpful suggestions. Will definitely call again.
