First and foremost, no pun intended, these are the coolest people in the business. Okay, maybe a little pun. Truly, Carlos Jr. and his associates are extremely professional, highly trained, and perfect customer service. I am usually weary to read others opinions in forums and posts, however what I am saying is absolutely true. Keep up the incredible work!!!!!!

Robert and Donovan arrived on-time, masks and booties on. Put down a little carpeting at the front door so that no dirt came in. Cleaned up after themselves and wiped down the walls so there were no fingerprints. They were totally professional. I will only use 5 Diamonds in the future.

Cameron, one of the service techs, was out to repair an issue I had with a minisplit AC. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional, and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Would definitely use this company in the future and request Cameron personally! Thank you!!
