Honestly the best customer service. They go above and beyond. I had the pleasure to meet most of the team. They brought my wife and I some fresh coffee on the morning of install and finished the job with excellence. Definitely recommend these guys. They know what they're doing and really take care of you.

The AC at our office started blowing hot air in the midst of a heat wave! Our office staff had to work from home because it was so hot and even spiked up to 93 degrees! Thankfully, 5 Diamond was able to come and fix it the following day. Debbie in the office was very kind in setting up an appointment and Brent and his partner came to the rescue by fixing our AC. Very kind people and great experience overall. Highly recommend!

I had an issue with mice in my vents and 5 Diamond helped get everything fixed as soon as possible. The tech, Robert, who came out originally was very helpful and explained what needed to be done. He worked with me on the price to reduce the costs a bit since it was a fairly large amount of money I had to unexpectedly spend over the holidays. I would definitely recommend this company to others looking for honest and reliable HVAC support.

Carlos at the office was excellent. Followed up three times in one day just to track down a technician to come replace filters for me on short notice. From first call to filters replaced was less than four hours. Wes the technician was polite and fast and cleaned up after his work. Excellent service, I highly recommend them.

I noticed a water leak coming from my A/C, and after doing some investigating to find the cause I reached out to my HOA for advice on how to proceed. My property manager shared my issue with 5 Diamond Mechanical, who promptly called me back to set up an appointment. I spoke to Wes at 5 Diamond on the phone, who was very helpful and had all of the details of my issue at hand - he walked through the issue, spoke with me for some time about the issues I was seeing, then set up an appointment.
Nick came out to look at my A/C unit in person, and he was just as great to work with. Having worked in my building in the past, he was knowledgeable about my A/C unit and was able to quickly walk through the issue with me again. Before starting any work, he laid out my options and did not pressure me into any work or purchases that I wasn't ready for.
All said, 5 Diamond Mechanical was a pleasure to work with, and I'll be reaching out to them first with any A/C problems in the future.

Top notch service! 5 Diamond was the second HVAC company to come to my home to evaluate my furnace. Wes and team arrived to my home on time, were completely professional, polite and explained what the problem was with my furnace, options on how to repair/replace and I am actually looking forward to the proposal for my replacement. Most importantly, I understand why my furnace needs replacing and fully agree.
There appearance, respect for the cleanliness (meticulous) and safety of my home was far above any other vendor I have worked with. They even brought their own entry mat to my front door!

I just had their technician Val leave and he was great! I learned a lot from him and he showed me some things I can do for preventive maintenance.

I am scheduling a follow on appointment to replace a component that was recommended to be replaced. He stated I had a few more months, but I am planning to get it done sooner to have some peace of mind.
