John and his team were great, super friendly and very professional. They're very confident in their work and did a superb job replacing my HVAC system. John and his team's skills are high level and they were able to complete the work in a single day. My A/C is working great and it feels good to be cold on a hot summer day. I can't recommend Luna Air enough.

John Luna and his team are truly phenomenal and exceeded all of my expectations!! When John came to my home to provide me with an estimate on a split AC/heating system, never once did he attempt to upsell me on a product I didn't need nor did he pressure me into making a decision right away. He actually encouraged me to obtain additional estimates. He took the time to explain everything very thoroughly and patiently answered all of my questions. I seriously thought "ohhh this guy is too good to be true." But I have to say John is the real deal!! Knowledgeable, excellent communication, over the top customer service and yes, an AC/heating system I couldn't be happier with!! John and his crew arrived on installation day and couldn't have been anymore courteous, professional, respectful and went straight to work. The first time I used my new AC system I literally said, "OH NO" because it turned off after a few minutes but when I ran to the thermostat I quickly realized nothing was wrong, the system was just that efficient...just like John and his hard working team!! So call Luna's Heating and Air and get LUNAFIED like I did, you will NOT be disappointed!! :-)

I called John on a Wednesday that my AC has a leak and he was able to fit me in his schedule later in the evening. My husband was home and he explained some options, provided quotes, and informed my husband we needed a permit because we were planning to purchase and upgrade the AC/furnace size (he was the only AC Company that informed us of this). When I got home, John explained the same stuff to me. I had a few questions for John and he answered thoroughly. He was professional and very HONEST, so we decided to hire John. The early next morning, his lead tech Jason arrived with a portable AC because John was very concerned that I told him my fiddle tree leaves were falling off and Jason knew what to do. The trick worked and my plant is alive again. John arrived to do a walk through and we were scheduled for Saturday for the installation. Later on that day, John called to see if it was ok to prep on Friday and install on Saturday, which was fine. They arrived on Friday to prep the work and John somehow was able to manage to get the delivery on Friday so they installed the ac and furnace the same day. When they were finished, John explained that he looked at the ducting to all the rooms and fixed/changed them out. He upgraded the vent and thermostat! He explained about the diagnostic testing and the permit again. My AC unit is so quiet I can’t even tell it’s on, and we are enjoying the cold air. Thank you John and Jason for everything and John for keeping in communication throughout the whole process!

John & Jason were very professional, pleasant & knowledgeable. Great price for their work. My favorite was they cleaned up & left the area cleaner then when they started. I contacted them late Sunday afternoon & they were out Monday morning. Perfect timing before the next heat wave. I would recommend Luna Air to all my friends. We decided to upgrade our unit. Everything went quick and smooth from the in-home quote to the job being complete. My ac went out on a very hot summer day in 2017. I hired a company to come out to fix the problem. They fixed it, but the ac stopped working within a week. They told me I needed a brand new ac unit (which would cost me $6000) and refused to come out to fix the issue. Luna Air was recommended to me by a friend. John came out and fixed the problem immediately and I did not need a new system. It’s true that there are people out there who will do what they can to get you to spend more than you need to. Not Luna Air. They are trustworthy and absolutely knowledgeable in diagnosing and fixing the problem. I have sent all my family and friends to them and intend to keep them as my go to heating and air company. Thank you Luna Air for your integrity and great service!

Leaving this review after my third appointment with this company. Each and every time, John squeezed me into his schedule and thoroughly checked and diagnosed the issue quickly and efficiently. Once checked, he explained the issue (in easy to understand language which is sooo appreciated) and offered options to resolve. This last appt was for my water heater that went out during a very windy storm. Originally thought the pilot light just went out but turns out it was the gas valve. After reviewing the options of replacement vs repair of a 13 year old product and making a decision (yes! he gave me the option when the other company did not!), John completed the job. Then he told me at 5pm he had one last appt to go climb on a roof for an A/C fix for an elderly lady with no heat. It was pouring down rain and dark already. His commitment to his customers and his community is astonishing. His prices are fair, reasonable, and beat all my other quotes. His number is now on my speed dial list.
