My family was able to save some money on the side to replace our whole AC unit. Our house is old, and we've been living here for about 20 years. We've never used the AC, because it never worked. As each year comes by, the heat just gets warmer and warmer. Thankfully, Richard and his people were able to replace the whole AC unit within 2 days! The first day they came in to talk about the process and what's going on. And they continue to takeout everything. He guaranteed that we will get AC before 12pm the next day, and we did! They came in early morning to set up everything, and the AC was running smoothly. The price was very reasonable as well. Thank you! My family won't be sweating in the summer anymore and shivering in the winter.

Just had a service with Richard. Called at 2 and he came took the time to troubleshoot my unit by 6. Also told him that I had my brother put in a compasitor and he still went the extra mile. Rewired my compressor and put in 1 lb of freon, it's working and already blowing colder. Will do a better test tomorrow when its hotter. Very professional and polite. I would not hesitate to call when it's time to upgrade.

The cold nights had arrived and I needed someone to help me with my furnace immediately. I found 7 days heating and air and Richard was just great. Talked to me on the phone to help me and when it seemed like I needed him to come out, he came out hours later. He texted me to let me know he was on his way. Very professional and figure out my problem quickly. No up sale, just fair and explained everything. I highly recommend him to anyone needing their heat or air conditioner done right.

So my furnace went out the other day when it was 95 degrees and the upcoming weekend was supposed to be 105+. I called a company where I heard great reviews from but when they came out they told me my blower motor and circuit board were shot. $1,500 for the motor and $750 for the circuit board! I was going to pay it but luckily my wife texted me to call 7 Days as they were recommended by her coworker. Needless to say I told Richard what went down and what unit I had, he quoted me $2,500 so I said let's do it. He showed up a couple hours later with a brand new unit and had my house cooled down just in time for bed. I highly recommend 7 Days

Best phone call I've ever made! They came out fast and were able to diagnose and repair on the spot. Richard was honest and thoughtful in the process letting me know what to expect in the future. He also fixed what the inspectors messed up! I wouldn't call anyone else.
