These guys showed up, didn’t do the tune up we had asked for but instead immediately tried to sell us on more services, then determined we were 2lbs short on our Freon and wanted three times the going rate to add it, I said no thanks and they dropped the price by more then half (that should have been my sign) I agreed and they charged me $110.00 to add 2 lbs. this seemed to solve my initial problem which was a noise issue even though the heat worked fine on this 6 year old unit. The very next morning the unit Was blowing cold air and would not work. I called in a more reputable company and they came out and found that they hadn’t checked any of the standard things you would do for a tune up and had grossly over filled the Freon causing my compressor to overheat and shut down. We drained the Freon back to the suggested levels and it worked for the day but now it appears that we have a more serious and expensive problem due to their visit. I called to discuss and was told they would call me back with a answer but never heard back from them. Trust me when I say spend a few extra dollars and go with another HVAC service company

They have a Groupon deal that they're not honoring they came out and tried to sell me a service that I already paid for through Groupon that they did not honor terrible customer service.....

Tech only knew how to fill a house unit. They filled my house unit, because they said that was the problem, it worked for a little after they left, and the unit stopped working. I called the tech who was there, he said he had no idea what the problem could be. He said he would call back, never did.

These workers were conscientious and skilled they took care of my problem and no time and the price was very reasonable. I'd recommend them.

WARNING! This company and the owner Kevin Grant Brown are fraudulent criminals. They will attempt to scam you and then charge you a fee for their time

they charge too much and they don't finish their job properly left my thermostat wires hanging what's upset I didn't buy the $250 thermostat from them
