Not only did they come out immediately and after hours to fix our AC, but they also went above and beyond to ensure I got the refund I deserved from my home warranty company. Friendly. Trustworthy. While temperatures are reaching over the 100 mark our air conditioning gave out. I called a number of places, some wanting $100 just to come out and none were available for same day service. When I called Royal Breeze I wasn't put on hold and they said they could be here in just a few hours. Minutes later I received a call back and they were here in 30 minutes. These guys are terrific. They went above and beyond with more than reasonable rates. 5 star rating, I'd give them a ten. You need a repair, install or maintenance call Royal Breeze. They are amazing!

I won’t choose another AC company ever again in Sacramento. Kevin and his team are great. I called in the morning and that same day they were out servicing my AC. And the best part was it’s only $59 for a same day service fee! Highly recommend Royal Breeze Heating and Air.

My heater went out during very cold temperatures and I called Royal Breeze heating and Air Conditioning and explained my problem. The Owner Mr. Brown called me back within 20 minutes and let me know that his technicians would be at my place within an hour. The techs arrived in 45 minutes. They were courteous, kind and professional. They had my service up and running within 2 hours. I will use them again and I have told my family and friends about them. I want to thank Kevin Brown/Royal Breeze for an extremely professional and wonderful job installing AC units in my rentals and keeping up with the maintenance. He was honest, friendly, and on time…..explained everything in detail and his pricing was affordable. I would highly recommend his company to anyone in need of AC or heating service.

Royal Breeze is the best HVAC in Sacramento. My AC was leaking and caused my ceiling to cave-in. Kevin came out same day and took a look and got it fixed the next morning! Good prices too!

Royal breeze the owner kevin should be a shame of his self you send out your employee Dionne he's a Theft, lier,Fraud he did put the part on my AC THAT went out and now my Ac making noise that was never there so I got charge $280and I want my money back this company I will never use again now kevin not answering the phone and haven't return my calls it's okyou won't be Bless and gave me fake receipt bad business I don't recommend this company this just happen sept 1st and sat 3rd 2022 I will be taking further Action against this company

The technician was very professional, reliable and knowledgeable. He gave key elements on maintenance and how to keep my system running it’s best.

Really, really happy with Kevin's work. Diagnosed the problem and gave me options. He suggested further tune up, but with zero pressure. He broke all options down by cost, and was clear about what was necessary vs what was just tune up. In the end, beyond just fixing, we could not believe how much he improved our A/C. I mean, suddenly the thermostat at 78 felt like walking in an industrial fridge. Nice guy too.
