We had a very good experience with Enviro. They were the last of 3 companies to bid on our project, and proposed the technically appropriate solution at the best price. We were initially visited by Jason Mitchell in sales. He was very professional, able to answer all of our questions, and used software tools from Mitsubishi to correctly size our system. Once we made the decision to accept his bid, we were visited by Dustin, the project manager, who did a full inspection of our home and existing duct work to verify the details of the design. The lead installer, Cody, oversaw the actual installation and consulted us over small details needing the owner's input. He was respectful of our home and got the job done in the timeframe that was promised.

I called four different companies to get estimates for a mini-split system. With Enviro, you get the whole package. I did not have to hire and pay extra for an electrician. I did not have to arrange for a separate inspection. The price was inclusive of all work required for installation. Jason, in particular was always responsive to me and the only person/company to follow up in any way after the estimate was received.
My experience with other companies, unfortunately, is when they get the check, they disappear. Two months after installation, I needed information to try to get a rebate through Sonoma Clean Power (which I did get!) and Jason responded immediately to any questions I had. That is service and customer care. Jason also was responsive throughout the entire project.
The system took some getting used to, but once we figured out how to best utilize a mini-split system, my wife and I are very pleased to have installed one. Especially on these hot days. (We did not have AC before.)
I recommend a mini-split and I highly recommend Jason and Enviro. I would definitly call them again if the need arises.

Our first introduction to Enviro Heating & Air was when our heating wasn't working during Christmas. My husband called a half dozen companies, only Enviro responded. The owner Chris came to our home on Christmas and fixed our system. To say the least we've been using them ever since! They serviced our home as well as a rental we owned. They are prompt, professional and clean up after themselves. Over the last 4 days they've installed a new HeatPump system in our home. At last we have excellent cooling on our 1st AND 2nd floors and the system is quieter to boot. We would recommend HIGHLY to anyone and everyone who needs this service!

Enviro Heating and Air has been wonderful to work with. All employees are professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Scheduling consultation and installation dates, as well as installation of a ductless mini split heat pump and a dryer duct/vent were all a positive experience, and we’re very happy with their installation work! They were also fair with their pricing. Would highly recommend.
