These guys are the best!! I got 6 quotes for a new heating system install. I knew exactly what I wanted. Not only did these guys not try to talk me into something different (which a lot of folks did)...but they came in WAY lower than everyone on overall bid. Sometimes, with best price...comes lacking customer service...but not this time. They knocked it out of the park. Jason was great to deal with, and honest about expectations, timeline and financing. Jordan in the office was responsive and helpful! The install guys showed up on time every day, they worked clean and finished on time. My family is incredibly happy with the system....and the pge bill looks manageable so far (trending down!).

Quick Update on this. Be careful to ask questions when discussing financing with them. They use a 3rd party, that will issue you a credit card...for the amount of the project. The issue is that, to the credit reporting agencies, it will look like you applied for a card....and then instantly maxed it out. This will add a red flag to your credit report, and ding you pretty hard. They hit me for 94 points! Just FYI.

I highly recommend Enviro Heating & Air. We recently had a new furnace and air conditioning installed as well as replacing the ducts under the house. It was a big 4 day job but Joey and Ty were punctual, efficient, polite and made sure the work area was cleaned up before they left at the end of each day. Jason kept in touch with us before, during and after installation making sure we had no questions or concerns. A job well done. Thank you!

Working with Jason and his team was easy and -- dare I say it -- fun! The new system works great. My electricity bills are significantly lower. And I was excited also to get a sizable rebate for installing a more efficient system.

The Enviro team offers new construction, retro fit and maintenance. The service is friendly and the install is perfect. My builder used Enviro for my remodel in Greenbrae and the system has worked perfectly for 5 years. So, I thought I would give them a try on service and Alex was eager to please took his time to explain everything and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. I’ve now contracted with them to do annual maintenance.

With the warmer weather the last few years, I decided to add some additional AC to a my living room which is boiling in the summer. I called Enviro and Chris had informative ideas and offered the best of service. Given my living room hadn’t had AC before, I needed a little construction work to accommodate the high end install I was seeking and Chris was available anytime I called to answer questions and help out. Given with most folks I have to call a million times to get an answer I really appreciate the attention to detail and the focus on treating me like I was their only customer. In short, I love these guys and would recommend them to anyone. In fact, I just did to my next door neighbor who did a retrofit with someone else isn’t so happy. End of the day, if you need AC or heating, these are your guys for maintenance, new or retro.

I am very glad I chose Enviro Heating and Air Conditioning to install my Mitsubishi Heat Pump System. Because I am blind, they suggested using Wi-Fi and Alexa for voice control and enabled this function but also showed me how to use the remotes. Their responsible, professional installation and willingness to solve all problems before receiving payment were much appreciated, and I love my new system. I am also grateful to know I can expect support if I do have any system issues in future. Thanks a bunch Chris, Jason and all the other Enviro staff members who participated in making my home more comfortable!

We recently had architectural sheet metal work done by Enviro for replacement of the chimney cap. Enviro and their crew did an excellent job. Very professional. It turned out perfect. We will definitely use them again.
