Dustin our service man was very informational, genuine, and honest. He showed up on time and done a wonderful job. The customer service was also professional yet friendly. We love working with this company and will only go to them from now on.

All Pro Air installed a new air conditioner in my home last July. I recently had a leaky gasket which caused run-off in my attic which came through the vent in my laundry room. When I called them to report the issue, they immediately sent out a technician who arrived in less than 30 minutes! Excellent service! The immediate problem was resolved but they came back 2 days later to install a more permanent solution. From the positive experience with my installation to the quick response to the issue I reported, I have found All Pro Air to be a great company to work with. Professional, friendly, competent and efficient. I highly recommend them.

There are not enough words to say how happy I am with All Pro Air. During this excessive heat wave my AC went out and it was a holiday weekend on top of everything else! I called on Labor day and they were the first company to answer the phone. They scheduled me for the very next morning and showed up at 8:00 am! I only had to suffer through one horrible day and night before this company and their service tech, Nate arrived to my rescue. They fixed in in less than 30 minutes. It was a capacitor. They had the parts available and got the work done amazingly fast! Nate was great and I am going to use them for maintenance from now on! I highly recommend All Pro Air!

Everyone is nice and professional. Austin was very nice and professional. He was very knowledgeable about about my home ventilator system. His recommendations I took seriously and i will be going with the surge protector for the air conditioner in June. I hope the he stays with the company for years to come. Yvette Rideaux RN 6/14/23 the plumber installed my new hot water heater today. I can tell automatically that my water flow is significantly faster! My washer machine fills up faster than before and dishwasher too! So this was a great investment for my condo. This is the 3 rd water heater since the condo was built in 1985. I was lucky today to the same tech who installed my furnace, humidifier and air conditioner 4 years ago. Hopefully next year I'll can invest in get fiberglass replacement done. Great job All pro air. My AC was 25yo and completely down. We needed it to be replaced asap and Tom was very responsive. His team did a great job on the install and I love how quiet the unit is. Would highly recommend.

The service technician, Josh, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with us while we asked many questions to try to understand the maintenance, needs, and repairs of our AC system. Autumn at the front desk of the office was also very patient and kind, helping us understand our options. We are very satisfied with the service we have received from this company.

The whole staff was professional friendly timely And quality repair service they were honest and sold me only what I needed 100% satisfied in every way and I will definitely call them when I need air or heat service again
