I put out a request on Anji and within a minute AAP Home Services called me back. The operator was very helpful and scheduled my service for a window to open in less than an hour, between 12 & 2. The technician was here at 12:15. Martin was very professional and listened to my concerns. He then told me what he thought the problem was and gave me a price quote. He also discussed what the worst case scenario would be, but told me we could discuss again it the first option didn’t work. Luckily the first option worked and he was done very quickly. My husband had tried several techniques prior to us calling for help. Martin explained what the tools we had were best for. His professionalism was VERY much appreciated. I highly recommend this company and this technician. I would not hesitate to call them in the future if we have a plumbing issue.

If you have challenging plumbing issue, I would highly recommend hiring Steven from AAP. We had a difficult problem to fix with our shower and instead of quitting or figuring out a shortcut solution, he took his time to do the job correctly and safely. He’s a super nice guy and showed genuine concern for us and pride in his work. We will definitely call him again for any other of our plumbing needs.

Steven and Michael provided quality and efficient service in repairing my tub leak. Customer service is very important to me and it is hard to find these days.

Steven and Johnny came out the same day and quickly and professionally identified my water leak problem. They also educated me about the way my water system is run. Our plumbing technician, Marty Flores, was on time and professional. Excellent work and provided feedback each step in the repair process and showed us the defective parts being replaced/repaired. We have some future plumbing work and will definitely reach out to AAP and recommend them to anyone else having plumbing issues.

We have used AAP multiple times now. Once for sewer repair, once for a re-pipe and most recently to move a shower drain for a tub we were putting in. Carlos Rocha was our plumber. He was very prompt and professional. I was in a jam with having tile installed and he was able to get here in the morning early and relocate the drain so the tile guy could finish the job on time. Highly recommend Carlos.

My parents have never had any plumbing issues. Today we woke up with all the water coming out of the tubs and toilets. I called AAP and was told there was no cost to come to the house and a plumber can be at the house within 1 hour. I confirmed and Steven A arrived within the hour. After spending some time with the main pipe line, Steven explain the issue, showed us through the camera and discussed costs. He was very professional and educational to us as well. He cleaned and clogged what needed to be done and left an estimate of future repairs that should be done to prevent it from happening again. I 100% recommend him to others within the Jurupa Valley, Eastvale and Riverside areas.

Carlos is professional, courteous, and his estimates are fair. He has assisted us in the past with plumbing issues and provided such wonderful service that we knew would never use anyone else. Thank you AAP for having a great team of honest people working for you.

Finally a plumber who returns your call! Very professional and understood our needs. Repairs were done in a very timely manner and often went over and above to meet our needs! All work was great . Very satisfied and will use whenever a plumber is needed!
