Wow. Ducts INA row. Way to go!!! I tried 3 other companies first, before calling Ducts in a row. What a mistake. I can not believe how hard it was just to get the other companies at my house on time. Shasta duct cleaning rescheduled on me THREE TIMES. I FINALLY WENT ELSEWHERE. Then White glove was way to expensive. Then Cascade comfort came out and the guy did an awful job, was at my home for an hour tops. And then tried to charge me 650$ even though the job was not done. Not even close. Manager of Cascade agreed, he was nice and knows they need to rebuild that Dept. So finally a friend recommended Ducts in a row and Wow! What! a difference. They were, On time. Hardworking. Did job right and thorough. Steve and Choa were down right on the ball, boy. Thank you Steve and Chao. I hope the owner knows how valuable you guys are! your “competitors” are not even close to being in your league. You two are the real deal. Everyone else is competing for the worst company around except you two. Thanks again guys. WELL DONE!

Had our “ducts” cleaned. The 2 men who came to do the job were very professional. Our heating system is even quieter. Thank You

Manager was extremely rude and talked poorly about other companies.They are more expensive but won't explain why . I would not reccomend them.

They never contacted me for a quote not cool.
