Chris did a great job repairing our furnace. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, explained it and then fixed it. He is talented, professional, honest, careful and a pleasure to be around. We are so glad we called Timberline!
I had called in because my ac wasn’t working and needed a technician asap. At first I was put on hold. I understand that businesses get busy. Well I was on hold for about 5 minutes. I finally got someone on the phone they were really apologetic, nice and compassionate. You could tell they felt bad for having me on hold for that long. Well in the end I was going to get a call back. Next day, no call back, following day after that no call back. Finally day 3 I get a call back. By this point I didn’t even care to hear about the business because they were already unprofessional. When I got a call back I believe her name was Sheryl. Her tone of voice was just rude, she was so unprofessional and seemed to have no sympathy. Sometimes I wonder how people get into businesses with customer service when they don’t know how to talk to a customer. I ended up going with another company. One because of how I was treated and two because she said to go else where. What a shame.
RUDE RUDE RUDE!! Called today to get a quote on repair work needed on my ac insulation. The woman who answered the phone clearly woke up on the wrong side of the bed or should not be hired for any customer service calls. We rent our home, our landlord died during covid and his elderly widowed wife is now our land lady. We help her with maintaining the home we live in….so I called to set up a service technician to come out and give us a quote …a QUOTE… to replace the AC insulation, the RUDE secretary who answered wouldn’t even speak to me with a shred of decency OR understanding, raising her voice at me declaring she won’t do anything because I’m not the owner. Really? Not even a quote for the owner. Happily take our business elsewhere. This company clearly doesn’t care about its customers or shall I say potential customers.
Thank you, Timberline, for coming out on Thanksgiving Day to repair our heater! Repairman Chris was prompt, very knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. He was able to locate a minor issue and had our heating system (purchased from Timberline/Smitty's a few years ago) up and running quickly. I highly recommend Timberline whether it is to purchase a new hvac or if you just need a repair - great company!
These people are wonderful!! Thank you Cheryl McTucker & Ron Gaud! My heater circuit board was fried & they came out went & got the part came back & installed it all in a few hrs! Call them their service is #1 in my book!!
These people are top of the line, starting with Cheryl in the service department. Always on time and fixes my problem in a hurry. Prices are very reasonable.
I own an assisted living community for the elderly. Whenever we have problems with our units (which were installed by the former owner and not with Timberline) I know I can count on incredibly quick service. The folks at Timberline know that its toughest on the elderly to have A/C or heat go out. The service technician takes the time to explain to me what went wrong and how it needs to be fixed. I really ought to consider a service plan!
Timberline is the best! The office staff so incredibly nice and sweet always!! Red in the warehouse is the Man!! So fast so incredibly great at his work incouldnt ask for better melat work from these guys! Thanks from Dave at brew craft coffee and CBX roofs!!
Recently lost our AC during 110 Plus weather. They had somebody out for next day to diagnose they got the part on Monday and they fixed it on tuesday. Done business with this company for over 40 years and would not go anywhere else.
