Tony was so professional, clean, and nice! He showed me what was going on with my AC unit, oil was leaking and my 20 year old system wasn't running efficiently. He replaced the condenser fan motor and a compressor saver as mine was pushing too many amps. Highly recommend SoCal Airflow Pros!!

Office was prompt, kind, and accommodating. The serviceman, Marino, was timely, knowledgeable, and honest. Can’t ask for better than that in an area of home maintenance where it feels like the consumer can be taken advantage of easily. Will do business with them again.

Jack was super nice and professional. They scheduled me for next day but were actually able to come out same day. Jack found the issue on my almost 40 yr old unit. Suggested a new system, was not pushy and sent me a quote right away. Very good service!

SoCal Airflow Pros is by far the most reliable, fair, straightforward, timely, and trustworthy HVAC company I've used. We've been members of their pro club for years, meeting many of their techs and service reps, and getting annual tune-ups on AC and furnace as well as other service as needed. A prime example of their top-tier customer service was today, on a 90+ degree day in mid-August when our AC wouldn't turn on, they had a tech to our house in an hour to resolve the issue and discuss future efficiency improvements. I highly recommend SoCal Airflow Pros for your HVAC needs.

Aubrey was awesome. Great customer service and it was obvious he knew his stuff. I appreciated his transparency and etiquette throughout the whole process. It's the small details such as wearing shoe coverings inside that really wins me over with this business. Love the usage of ipads and technology to walk us through the whole servicing. White glove service hands down.

I liked how Kevin explained what he was doing took pictures to show me what he did, advised on ionization devices which we decided to have installed.

I cannot say enough great things about this company and the technicians. From the first day of our consultation with Jack, everything flowed so smoothly. Jack explained everything so well, really took his time with us and showed us pictures of our attic so we could see first hand the work that needed to be done. His knowledge was impressive. You get a really could sense of the honesty and integrity of this company from the get go. On the day of our installment all the technicians were prompt, courteous, kind and communicated so well with us. Beyond that the way these gentlemen worked together was amazing. You will witness first hand how well they work together and respect each other. They worked almost 10 hours straight without a glitch and were still so friendly with each other. It was impressive to witness. I comment the owner of SoCal Airflow Pros for building a business that is so competent in their customer care and professionalism. I could not have asked for a better experience.

The owner and technicians are personable and very knowledgeable and go out of their way to answer your questions and ensure you’re satisfied. It’s a top notch company with a highly skilled team both in their craft and in their customer service. If you have any concerns they’ll work with you to answer your questions and arrive at a solution to your A/C and heating needs.

We are incredibly happy we used SoCal Airflow Pros to do this huge job at our house. The crew was always punctual and courteous. They worked really well together as a team. It was a multi-day project and each day they worked diligently from start to finish. Plus, each day they did not leave until all the work areas were vacuumed and organized. Because our home was not built with A/C and is older, the crew had to figure out certain work-arounds to make our new systems function well. They came up with really clever solutions. They were really detail-oriented in all the work they had to do and everything looks really well done. In addition, they were always happy to answer our questions. We highly recommend them.
