Our technician, Aubrey, was outstanding from beginning to end! He was very thorough and took his time to evaluate what our problem was. He was very nice and polite. We could tell he had a very strong work ethic and felt he was being very honest about what was wrong with our HVAC unit and what was causing our issue. Aubrey answered all of our questions and explained everything in a way that we could understand. We are very happy and satisfied with the service he provided. We would highly recommend Socal airflow pros to our family and friends.

SoCal Airflow Pros replaced our 43-year old furnace and AC unit. We also had them redo our ductwork and blow in new insulation. They were very knowledgeable, quick, and clean. Everything went exactly as promised and took less than two days! I highly recommend this company. Thank you everyone.

Highly reccomend this business. The person came (Kevin) is really nice and professional, knowledgable too. My system has some design issue I'm kind of aware of but Kevin took the time and drew a diagram to show me what's the problem and the suggested solution. I plan to keep using their service.

Awesome experience with these guys. Thanks to Raul, Breanna, and Tony for being so helpful. I called to get a second opinion after a different company claimed our dual zone A/C control board was broken ($300 retail) and we needed to replace it ($6k quote) but they recommended that we replace the whole system because it was close to the end of it’s projected life ($19k quote).

Tony was able to come out same day and discovered that there was a pipe backup that had triggered a water sensor and tripped a fail safe that turned the A/C off. $300 fix and he was out the door in an hour. Super easy to deal with, relatively cheap, and overall a great experience. Thanks so much guys!

Today I had yet another great technician, Johnny, doing regular maintenance on our HVAC unit. I was so impressed by Johnny. He was on time, completely professional, very informative as he took the time to explain to and show me potential issues with the A/C, provided me with clear priced-out options for the work he recommended without being pushy about it at all, and was respectful of my personal space inside my home. All around the level of communication from this company has been outstanding. I’d highly recommend them.

Tyler came on time and was very courteous. He is very knowledgeable and didn’t try to rush. He walked me through what he was going to do and explained everything he was doing. He was also very patient and and answered all my questions. Gave me all the options. I would highly recommend him and SoCal Airflow Pros.

I had my AC/heating installed in 2017. I had not had any issues. I just recently had them come out to do a maintenance because I have not turned off my AC since it’s been installed. They offered me a maintenance program and it was very reasonable. Very personable employees.
