Chris and his team have been fantastic and highly recommend them (already have to a couple of people). During the bidding process they were punctual and very efficient with our time. They delivered the proposal when they said they would and started the work on schedule. We had existing central heat so North HVAC did not have to start from scratch, but they did have to get under the house a number of times to make sure the AC was installed correctly. They were minimally intrusive while my wife and I worked at home (thanks COVID!). Speaking of that, they were masked up the entire time and were respectful of our preferences.

We had a small bump in the road with an inspection approval, but the North HVAC team hopped on it and it was signed off without a second thought.

Overall, North HVAC is a quality outfit and we have been at perfect temperatures since we passed the inspections.

Randy and Chris run a quality operation. I had 5 splits installed and their crew worked tirelessly all week to get it done. They were very clean and thoughtful with their work.

Randy and Chris were right on time, got straight to work to see what the problem was, diagnosed our problem, and thoroughly explained how they could resolve the problem which I agreed to. They fixed the heater pretty quick and left the work area clean. They were very professional and friendly. We highly recommend them and will definitely call them when it’s time to replace our unit. Chris came out to my house and gave me the most reasonable of several quotes, as well as being friendly and low pressure. I felt comfortable having North HVAC in my home to instal a new HVAC system. They arrived when they scheduled, were respectful and clean when working inside my home, and finished a large job quickly. Everything came out as promised and I was very happy with the ease of the entire process. Absolutely recommend these guys, they’re professionals!

I had used Bill North a few times, and was sad he retired. But Chris and Randy are continuing his legacy of quality and service. My A/C was underperforming during a heat wave, and Chris made it out quickly and was able to diagnose the issue quickly and fix it in the same visit for a reasonable cost. I was happy enough that I had him come back and service my other A/C unit.

Chris was amazing! Showed up within two hours and got our A/C working and diagnosed a breaker issue that was impacting our water heater, stove and other appliances. Highly recommended!!

Excellent, friendly, fast and professional. They returned my call with the hour, and they texted when they were on their way. Chris and his co-worker took extra care to protect us with proper masks, gloves and distancing during this difficult time. Our furnace quit, the house was down to 55F inside, and they came out quickly, identified the problem, fixed it right away, and then checked everything over to make sure it keeps running. Then they stayed till they were sure heat was once again coming out the vents :D) The cost to come out was significantly lower than other companies we called and most important, they were really nice! Can't thank you both enough, brutal being stuck at home in a cold house.

I recently moved into a 150 year old house that has never had central heat. With a young child and busy schedule, I wasn't thrilled by the prospect of building fires to stay warm during the winter. After looking at options I saw clear value in the quote from North HVAC. They came out and installed a new furnace, duct system, air vents, and everything else needed for a high efficiency central heating system. The job took two days, and the installers were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Best of all the system works great! I've been running the furnace for over a month, & I haven't seen increases in my energy bills which is a cherry on top. I saved thousands with them, and I'm more than satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend these guys for everything HVAC. They were a pleasure to work with, and are clearly the best guys for the job.

I previously used the former owner Bill North over the years. This was the first time with the new crew. Chris was great. He was responsive, communicated well and completed the job efficiently.
