The installation process was smooth, the pricing was extremely reasonable, and the yearly maintenance keeps everything in perfect working order. Every homeowner should have a good plumber, electrician, and HVAC person they can call on when they need help with a home repair issue. I’m still working on the first 2, but I can confidently say that I found my HVAC guys with North HVAC!

I called on them a few years ago to do an A/C install. Not only did they do a great job and at a very competitive price, they have stood by their work for years after! I’ve called on them to do yearly maintenance on the A/C and in the third year, they found a problem with the unit and fixed it right away and at no additional cost to me. And most recently, I called on them to do some duct repair. Each and every time they have come over to do work, they do it professionally, courteously, and honestly. I trust them with my home and I can say without hesitation that you can trust them with your home too!

We could not be more pleased with the service that Chris and his crew provided in installing our new heat pump system! ! From the first meeting when he and Randy came to do the estimate - the day after I called - I knew that they would be our choice because they had a real “can-do” attitude, problem-solving the modifications that would needed to install the system.

Providing good service seems to be in their DNA, and service is definitely what we needed for this project. We had so many questions about how the new system would function - it’s a very different animal from the gas furnace we were used to. They were knowledgeable and patient in answering all of them, which reassured us about our decision to go electric. They and their crew, Ivan and Pedro, were wonderful to work with - hard-working, honest, friendly, efficient, on-time. We had a couple of concerns after installation (it has taken some getting used to the new system.) After contacting Chris, he and Randy came as soon as they could, investigated and addressed our concerns, leaving us with the directive to call again if we weren’t satisfied (which we were).

And, did I mention that their bid was substantially less than their 2 competitors? We will be recommending them to all our friends as we hope that more homeowners will be moving to electric appliances.

From beginning to end, my experience having North HVAC install my new heat pump (heating and cooling) system was superlative. Chris, Randy, Ivan, and Pedro were all highly knowledgeable and professional, starting with the initial visit to determine feasibility and answer my questions and continuing through the installation process. Beyond the quality of their work, they couldn't have been more considerate and personable. Importantly, their services are also reasonably priced. The system is working beautifully. Don't think twice--hire these guys. I can't recommend them more highly.

This company is top notch. Amazing customer service, very knowledgeable, and great quality of work. We had them install a brand new HVAC system including heat pump, air handler, and ducting under the house.

We added a third-party thermostat after the install, it was difficult and giving us many problems. When I called North HVAC to come check it out, the guys couldn’t have been nicer about it. They had to come back a few times to resolve the issue, and we are very professional and responsive every time.

I would highly recommend using them for any HVAC needs.

Chris and his team are very professional, very knowledgeable and honest. They came out today and installed a new furnace and thermostat for me. They arrived on time, put down drop cloths which I really appreciated and explained everything about my new system. I highly recommend them and will be using them again for a new AC! These are the guys you want working on your home.
