Late last night the air conditioning wasn't working correctly in one of our 2 house zones -- it was just putting out mildly warm air from the vents in our living room / dining room / kitchen zone. Last night I did a lot of online research for an HVAC company to contact the next morning, and there were some that really stood out, and Ulf was one of them.

I contacted Ulf this morning and within around 30 minutes of my contacting them his HVAC techs Josh and Matt were at my house. They were very friendly and down-to-earth, and they quickly identified the issue and quickly resolved it. They were good at explaining the HVAC issue and solution in a way that a "non techie" person could understand it. And they also explained things for me to check and look out for in the future, which I appreciated a lot.

Also just an FYI they only accept cash or a check (they said Ulf is "old school" in that regard haha), so I gave them a check. I'm very happy with their quick efficient friendly service and will definitely contact them for future HVAC service.

You will have a great experience when Ulf arrives for service call. His knowledge and work ethics are above and beyond. He or his staff have serviced our air conditioning heating systems since day one. Thanks Ulf.

ULF STRANDJORD Flat out the best in the Valley bare none. Okay you've got to have an HVAC system in this desert but what you don't need is the hype and plastic fantastic promises and hyper boil. What you need is plain, commonsense, actual facts, straight forward pricing and guaranteed workman ship. Enter Ulf Strandjord a matter of fact Air Conditioning expert with a wonderful sense of humor and warm personality whose knowledge stretches back 40 + years. No he doesn't advertise - he doesn't have to.

Ulf has taken care of my old air conditioner and my new air conditioner for years. He is absolutely the best. He is honest, friendly, knowledgeable and in addition to all of that he is just a very kind nice person!

Called on Thursday 8/27 late in afternoon because air kept shutting off and house was insanely hot. 105 outside. They sent someone over asap and we missed them!!!! we were outside and didnt hear the door or phone! we texted to say we were here and so sorry ...... HE CAME BACK! wow, didnt have to do that, and we are so grateful. They are so lovely, professional and kind. Fixed our air immediately and sent us off for a wonderful. cool weekend. Will use them always, and for our new unit.... which we will need soon. Just wonderful people who go above and beyond. Thank you again for returning after we missed you. You made our day and Weekend.
