I had a 18 year old air conditioning unit on my roof that was malfunctioning during a week where the temperatures averaged 116°. Brian and his team came out twice to keep the thing going until they could secure my new unit a week later. Brian and his team are Lifesavers! If I could give them a 20 star rating I would!

Got back from vacation to find my air con not working. My neighbor recommended Absolute Air because they have been using them for years and been extremely happy with their work. They came over that day and repaired my air con in minutes it seems. Very fairly priced, honest and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

One guy said it would be $800 just to come out to diagnose. My entire bill from Brian was under $400. I could not ask for a more honest and reliable AC guy. Living in Palm Springs where the temps regularly reach over 110, I am lucky to have an AC guy I can count on. Reliable, trustworthy, tells you what you need to know, not what you want to hear.

If I could give Brian 10 stars I would.
We recently bought a property an had a number of HVAC companies out to give us estimates. They ran the gammet, in terms of service, but Brian was by far the most honest and best to work with. We needed to replace the whole system and also had 2 additions that were un-permitted that we had to figure out how to heat and cool.

Other companies ( aka Timo's) were trying to see us on fully adding in ductwork etc, to the toon of 20k plus, not to mention only working with particular "brands" of HVAC equipment.

The thing about Brian is he's not just a "salesman" he's the guy doing the actual install, and your system is only as good as the guy who installs it. And Brian is VERY, VERY Good. My dad worked in heating an cooling and the quality of Brian's work is literal artistry.

He was prompt with estimates and gave us a variety of brands to choose from that ranged in prices. When we decided we were going to take one piece out , he was fully cool with it .

Not to mention we started this over the Christmas / New Years Holiday.

You can call around and try and get a better HVAC company, but in terms of overall quality in a fair price, you won't find one.

I've used this company for over 4 years (maybe longer) and would not even think of calling in another company! They have the one ingredient that keeps me loyal... TGAD (they give a damn). They do great work and are
always on time and courteous!! I have them check our A/C every Spring
too! I wish all companies were like this!!
