Family business with friendly field tech and the office is hard to get a hold of once you have a complaint. The part they did replace DiversiTech 4JR0545-V MOTOR RUN CAPACITOR ROUND CAN 440 VAC 45+5 UF is online for 9.95 (exact brand, etc) I was charged 110.00$ and was compensated 40.00$ after after the replacement part failed in less than one week after installation. I was told on the phone that they would be out tomorrow to fix the problem since they are "backed up". I then got an e:mail 20 minutes later that said they don't want to do business with me, that I know owe them nothing and to find someone else to help me. It's 111 degrees outside and A/C is broke!. She refused to have the tech come back after showing proof that I was charged 110.00 dollars for a 9.95 part. She also had previously told me that they only use American made parts and that is why it was $110. I sent her the pictures of the made in Mexico part online for 9.95 that was installed. This is when she decided not to do business with me. So much for customer service and honest work from a family run business.
Technician devan, is very knowledgeable. Installed thermostat with wifi and took the time to download the app and set me up. I'm not high tech and he said I can call anytime if I run into problems(forget).
We were having a problem with our A/C. They were able to come out the next day and fix things. Devin was very professional and explained everything in easy to understand terms. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. We signed up for their regular maintenance plan. We highly recommend this company.

Leslie answered all questions and then some, she was polite and knew the air conditioner business. Another reason this company is on Imperial Irrigation list for a rebate for buying a new updated a/c that is energy efficient so that was a savings. Not all companies are on Imerial Irrigation list so check first. We wanted a York air conditioner and she mentioned rebates we could obtain. In all we had very good rebate savings The crew that was sent arrived on time, meticulous with care of our home and yard, skilled workers, friendly attitude. Would higher again.
