Great customer service! It's a pity that the rating is just 5 stars, I really like to give the company more than it. They did a really great job at installing a new AC in our room. The techs who came worked really hard to make sure that the job was done on time. I'm happy with the results!

When we need a helping hand again, I won't hesitate to call the company again. When I told a friend that I had discovered my heater was no longer operating, she suggested the company, so I was just delighted she did. They are really competent. They provide me a skilled technician that is excellent at his work.

My relationship with South HVAC Pacific Palisades began when they put in a new air conditioner in my house. I decided to trust the business with future jobs because of the technician's nice personality. They check to see if their customers are happy with the work. I now consider South HVAC Pacific Palisades to be a member of my family. South HVAC Pacific Palisades has my faith.

These guys are the best! I experienced a hellish situation the other day where my central a/c (drain line) was backed up and leaking water into the house, and their tech fixed it in a jiffy. Totally honest, and very trustworthy. Very happy with the results!

We just had an evaporator coil replaced and they were courteous, clean, honest and knowledgeable. they were able to find the leak when our previous hvac tech could not. Their price to repair was fair and even showed up to help with the replacement when i requested that they be there!

It all went extremely smoothly. I went ahead and accepted the deal because the AC and air handler were old and dying, and what a deal compared to other estimates! Smooth installation of the AC and Nest thermostat, honest business, and good communication.
