He replaced my water heater, change water and gas connections, fittings; his quality workmanship was exceptional and he’s very professional! He’s a great guy and knows what he’s doing! Needed a replacement of a very old AC unit and gas furnace. Pacific Coast AC & Furnace Repair price was competitive and they were the only supplier that actually calculated our actual system size. They installed a temporary outdoor unit in the hottest part of the summer so we could at least stay cool until they could install the new unit. Installation was very professional, technicians were careful to make installation look very good. When they replaced the existing thermostat they even painted the wall where the old thermostat had been! We love the new Trane system - it is very quiet compared to the old one and cools very well.

We would recommend Pacific Coast AC & Furnace Repairs, from start to finish. They did quality work with quality product. They worked, continually, until the job was done; didn't see them take a break! They put down plastic and floor mats to protect floors and in closet to protect our clothing. The air conditioner was for upstairs and had to be installed in the attic After they were done, they cleaned-up and vacuumed. They are very professional and may charge a little more, but you get what you pay for.

We were ready to repair the unit, but wanted to see if the price another company quoted was fair. The technician called to let me know that he would arrive a bit after the window I was given. He was very helpful, and found that the unit did not actually need to be repaired. We hadn't changed the filter in a while, and that was the problem. It would seem that the other company's technician was either incompetent or scamming me, and I am grateful to Pacific Coast AC & Furnace Repair for the free second opinion/quote. Saved me $700 and possibly damaging my unit. I will definitely use them next time.

Awesome, we we're worried they would do the same as the last company and not take the time to figure out the problem. However we we're pleasantly surprised as the tech spent 20-30 minutes trying to see if anything was wrong and found the problem. There was a missing piece in one of the lines and he had to drain the system and refill. It has been about 6 months and all is working well. We we're so impressed with the company we signed up for the yearly/ 6 month checks with them. They were just here and serviced our furnace. Was a different technicians but just as knowledgeable and professional as the last one. Promptly returns phone call also. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a great service team.

I have had Pacific Coast AC & Furnace Repair maintain my Heat pump for 20 years and they are fantastic. Never have problems during summer as a result of their fine work. On time and very professional just really nice dependable people. You can't go wrong.
