Golden-Aire Heating & Air Conditioning

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother Carol who is a senior with heat. Golden-Aire was super responsive. Molly sent out someone that same afternoon. Chris who took the time to explain everything and replace the part. Heat was restored and price was very fair and reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Honestly refreshing to deal with a company like Golden-Aire for an easy and timely A/C repair. My Air Conditioner went out and they were very responsive. They were able to squeeze me in between calls and quickly fixed the issue. I have dealt with HVAC companies locally in Folsom and Greater Sacramento for many hears both at my house and at commercial properties. Hands down the best experience I have ever had.

I've been using Golden Air for 10 years now. I own an older home in Orangevale with an older rooftop unit. They have been the best A/C and heating service company I have ever experienced. They have responded to my emergencies almost immediately and fortunately, they have been able to gladly repair my older unit quickly and reasonably and without a high-pressure sales pitch to install a new $15K unit. This company has always shown me competence, honesty and great concern for their customers. I highly recommend them.

First place I called after they were referred by a plumbing contractor I know. Each person I talked to from the office staff to the installers were very friendly and professional. I felt not one bit that I was ever pushed to a sale or being hustled. The installers worked very quickly and I felt comfortable having them in the house because they were obviously good people. When they finished they had cleaned everything and my very quiet new air conditioner was working perfectly. I highly recommend Golden Air over Gilmore or Bonney. After talking to neighbors and friends I know I got a better price and
found a trustworthy local shop.

We have been dealing with Golden Aire for over 15 years and have always received very professional service at a fair price. This call was for a cooling system that stopped cooling, and we had a sick family member in our home. Had previously schedule routine maintenance for later in the month, but when they learned of our situation, they dispatched a tech immediately who showed up within the hour, diagnosed and repaired the unit without issue. Thanks for the great service !!

Not enough can be said about the Golden Aire Team. They were timely and professional, completing the job when promised. Our house has never been so comfortable and the new equipment is so efficient! Pricing was very fair. I know because I got seven different bids before choosing Golden Aire. They were so good, that I referred my sister to Golden Aire and they were great for her too! Without any reservation, if you need HVAC work, give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

I am very impressed with Golden Aire Heating and Air. They came out to service our air conditioner. It was making a strange noise and had not had a yearly service in several years. Rick showed on time. He was friendly and after we explained our concern he checked out our AC unit. Turned out it did not need anything major, just a good cleaning. I appreciated that he did not try to up sale me on any unneeded repairs. After he left we found an issue with our Nest thermostat. The person in the office was very friendly and Rick came right back, even though he was miles away headed to his next job. He was friendly and helpful. It turned out the thermostat just needed to be reset, which he had not even worked on. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC services.

In the middle of a scorching heat wave I called Golden Aire in Orangevale and left a voice mail at 8 PM. My AC was down. At 8 AM I got a call that a service man would be here by 10AM. And he was! A two hour inspection in my attic and out side required 2 diodes. AC back on blasting cold air at noon. Highly recommend.

I am truly impressed with this company and their crew. We had our HVAC system replaced as well as all the ducting, a new whole house fan and replaced a bad attic fan. I obtained 4 bids and Goldenaire offered the best overall value and great quality brand name equipment. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and communicative about all aspects of the job, a truly fantastic crew. I was impressed with their attention to detail and the efforts they took to contain the mess, this job created much debris. Our house was left as it was found, except for our new system and fans.:) I do and will recommend them without hesitation.

We had our 3 year new a/c fail Friday just as the temps were heading into the 100s again. Called a few places, those who returned my call couldn't get to us until the following Monday (understandably). Goldenaire found a way to get to us, and had us fixed in a half hour! Had necessary parts in his truck and took time to answer my many questions. Knowledgeable, personable, professional, reasonable, and courteous. Highly recommend them. And a shout out to Molly on phones - also very knowledgeable and terrifically helpful!
