Indoor Comfort

We had our AC replaced by Indoor Comfort through our home warranty. They cancelled and rescheduled us several times which was inconvenient, not the end of the world. The technician that did the job was training a new woman, she reinstalled all of our registers and over tightened all the screws, warping all of our new registers. We let them know this had happened and supplied many photos, many emails and at this point many calls. They have repeatedly said they were going to make it right and send us new registers but 5 months later, nothing. Every person I talk to acts like they are just learning about this...or that it is being taken care of and we should rest assured. This is some of the most shocking and terrible customer service I have ever experienced. I too am a business owner and could not imagine treating my customers like this. I imagine they continue to remain in business because they have a contract with the home warranty people and we had no choice but to use them because of that. I really wish they would just make this right.

My Parents had a unit replaced by this company and they did a wonderful job.

My mother was very concerned about getting dust on her clothes and especially her shoe collection. Indoor Comfort took the time to build a tent around the work area to accommodate her wishes and make her feel comfortable that the work that was being done to the house would not ruin her clothes. She even sent a letter to the company thanking them for their service when they were done with the job.

The job was done in a timely manner with a fair price. I would recommend Indoor comfort to any family or friends that needed work done to their heating or air conditioning units.

WHAT A TOP OF THE LINE ELECTRICIAN COMPANY !!! recently needed 220v wiring installed in our loft for a large A/C. iNDOOR COMFORT Electrician quickly arrived, gave us a bid, which we accepted after receiving 2 other bids (one at twice Anthony's price). The guys Anthony sent were spectacular, doing a beautiful job. We think this electrician company is one of the best electricians we have used and we highly recommend this company. The great thing is they are local !

I've called many times. I've only been called back once. I can only get the answering service.
